Using a computer to make music is no different than using an instrument. Both can produce sounds that can be organized into melodies, harmonies, and songs, but it takes a very talented person or group of people to make good music from either.

It is those two albums that really show what they're musically capable of, in a modernistic style. The level of emotions conveyed through those albums and sophistication shadow Pablo Honey. In fact, Pablo Honey was their most main-stream album lol! It was like their radio friendly album. I've never seen someone post a comment like yours haha

@MrCharles5770 Have you seen them play OKC live? That particular album was all done with guitars, so I don't know what you're talking about. If you don't like their albums after Bends, it's more because that you don't like the production, the songs themselves, or the electronic based genres themselves. It's silly to knock their later albums by saying the computers 'wrote' the songs anyway, since the only thing they do is make sounds and have no baring on one's talent. Same with guitars.

Even if this wasn't their best performance of this song, it was still worth watching this video all the way to the end just to hear the buzz and click of the stomp box turning off and the band talking about what they did wrong. For a moment, it seems like they're just some garage band working on a song somewhere.... Then you remember they're fucking Radiohead.
