under "windows styles" there is the drop down "windows state" where you can remove the effects for selected items

after using ubuntu iv always wanted something like this and now i do and its grate must have app for me

It works but only when I have it open, like the settings are open. And if I hide them it doesn't work any more. Can I get some help on that?

You can turn off the blue overlay in options, Window Style > Window State: Selected > Uncheck all the boxes.

I have a mouse, and the middle mouse button, initiates the Aero Flip, but on Xp there isn't an Aero Flip, so it just puts it like a MAc.

i think the flipper thing is actually better than expose for mac. Microsoft can't make a thing like expose because Apple is getting bigger and one thing like that will make Apple ponce and sue Microsoft and actually win this time.
