  • Hey Thanks! .. I've been weight training for more than 20 years, and recently have developed a problem with a prolapsed L5. My Chiropractor has recommended that I do what I can to strengthen my core... this is the first, fast simple video that I've seen that gave me some great practical info on how to use a kettle bell to that end.... really appreciate how you didn't waste my time with jibber jabber, but just got right to the point....... Cheers!
