  • Very Knowledgeable but show some enthusiasm.

  • Dr bellonzi please address PDK and natural remedies, Thank you

  • I really like this guy, he is very calm when talking about stress, Go Relaxation! He should have his own show, but anyway, thanks for shedding some light on the life of stress.

  • his right eyebrow is quite active :)

  • @irenakolek LMAO!!!!!!

  • This guy is great

  • This is a fantastic Dr, he should have his own talk show. Not that that would help the pharmecuetical companies!

  • I think I love you good Dr! Have you dated beautiful black women in the past? Kidding but perhaps not... anyway thank for the awesome video! And the simple truth. Please help the young man with depression at 17 and I will pray for him as well. Smile!

  • this man does not seem intelligent to me.

  • @freakintom sure, don't provide any reasons, just tell us how you feel. maybe you are more intelligent than the doc is?

  • @muaytb1 sorry darling, didn't mean to give you a bitch fit

  • @freakintom thanks for calling me a darling :)

  • @muaytb1 haha no problem, DOES IT HELP THE STRESS?

  • I was in the hospital with cancer 7 years ago because of stress. I learned the hard way, but I beat the cancer and learned to keep stress down for good. So, please don't stress yourself out! It's ugly!

  • hey. im 17 and was diagnosed with depression.along with all the side dishes like social anxiety and intense worrying. im on cymbalta now and it only helps a little.i wish i could se a pschaitrist but my mom wont let me.. shes scared of remembering her abusive childhood and my dad will just think im a weirdo. i fight a huge battle everymorning getting up for school saying about 10 words a day through constant worry of people judging me.some days i fake sick to skip.i dnt know ..ugghh ...help plea

  • I can relate to you, TSR. I too went through the same battles in High School. What I can tell you is this, be strong, be positive, for this tough journey you're on will soon come to pass and you will begin a much better one. Take care!

  • I work with Dr. Vince, he's awesome.

  • Sure you do.

  • This guy is dry as toast

  • Your toasted mind is dry.

  • While quite sharp with your response, you fail to defend this guy. Whether or not my mind is toasted, which I do not think it is, does really make a difference when considering if the person in the video was charismatic or ... dry as toast. I did not discount his knowledge or content, I simply pointed out that his demeanor and delivery was... dry. As toast.

  • he has a very good delivery that allows a person to absorb the message. I'm not distracted by most people's quirks.

  • i am one of the ones that skip breakfast. Thanks for the informative video.

  • nothing beats stress than dealing with it the natural way! healthy lifestle and proper nutrtion is the key.

  • i m a doctor and if ur stressed you should mellow out.Wake up,dream recall,go jogging, rest read relax man dont go to work or talk to anyone.Just deal with every situation and thought, for the rest of your life, youll be ok

  • You know, doctors normally punctuate sentences correctly, so it seems unlikely you even completed school never mind medical school.

  • incorrect al mundo sir ,big kahuna doctor the do little, riden the pink sea slug up your punctuated stressed out brainwashed noodle

  • Thanks austin.... I just subscribed your pice... keep em comming if u will. RESPECT

  • This is THE pint about stress. Stress is way more simple than it seems...

  • Thanks a lot for the good video.

Actually I've been thinking a lot like what's said in this video. I found recently myself feel much less stressful and much more positive things around me when I pay attention to my physical health, working out, caring about my diet and good sleep, etc. This video convinced me that caring about my physical condition is important for my mental health.

  • Great points to consider..certainly gives me a prompt. Mary

  • I hope noone with OCD is watching this.

  • I have something that i think might be weird...

I can't feel stress anymore, the only stress-like feeling i still have are...*cough* strong sexual urges *cough*

anyway, this turned me into a real lazy bum, but i couldn't really care less about that

  • I've noticed stress can be transfered to children, and even cause night terrors in toddlers. My nephew has gotten them recently, and the only two incidents in my mind that tie it to his tremors, is his Father/aunt fighting with his mother, since she has full time custody of him.

Terrors are freaky for people to witness if they don't know what they are. For a few monents, I had thought he had a seizure. I really think it's from the stress of the move, and the arguing. What do you think?

  • So many don't realize the stress problems they themselves create. Good to know we are getting the facts.

  • Bravo!! I used to take antidepressents, antianxiety and sleep meds. I am now free of all these meds after 6 years. It's amazing how Dr's push meds on patients. Thanks Vince for shedding light on this subject.

    -James

  • Thanks Vince, I hadn't thought about self-created stress as a factor but it makes perfect sense. I had always thought of stress as always being something outside.
