you forgot quite a few, See and Basset plane crash you have. Where is Sonny Carter, David Griggs, Bob Overmeyer ect

Sonny Carter died during the crash of a civil flight, not in a training accident like See and Bassett

David Griggs was training on a WW2 plane when it crashed, it's not the kind of plane the NASA use for astronaut training!

Bob Overmyer was retired from NASA for almost 10 years when he died by testing an aircraft from a private company

That's why none of them were eligible to this tribute, I precised: "who died during training (implies for NASA) or a space flight"

Well, it may be a harsh thing to say, but I assume that they've lost their lives but did not live in vain.

Michael Anderson was Mission specialist on the tragic STS-107 mission, the last space mission where astronauts died... by now
