  • @bonhamoforion I like very much what you say. By all meanings and aspects. This is my point as well. Both are corrupt. But the eritrean son of a bitch is worse. Peace for all our Habesha and african people in general.

  • konjo zefen. Loved it.

  • this young peopel are eritrian refugees living in ethiopia........i feel sory for them........kill that mother fucker isaias afewrki......

  • i love eri girls .......but i hate that mother fucker presedant of eri

  • By the time the song was made, Eritrea was Ethiopian; therefore, we still own the copyright...lol. Just a little lawyering. This guy sings it great. The original copyright owner should like it.

  • Memorable song.

  • haha my name is saba... i´m half ethiopian.

  • lovee dis song !

  • A interesting song specially for the girls who dance nicelly. What this song is about? THANKS FOR TRANSLATING. VIVA ETHIOPIA MUSIC- FROM BRAZIL

  • now days horn of africa songs rethem sound same---------------special amahric

  • i kind of like the asian guy's version of this song better.....

  • @melesagame i dont see it like you we are not the same we (eritrea) are free country and we live in peace and i hope ethiopian to

    p.s. i dont hate ethiopian

  • @iamturntup1 we are the same, people!!! the only spareat as dirty politics peace to all east africa people, unity for life.

  • eritrea and ethiopian are not he same -.-'

  • just chill and enjoy the music; we ethio-eritrean are complimentary for each other. remember no cluture is as close as we are so we need to get closer as brothers and sisters.

  • lovely song and lovely girls

  • i love the song, but most respect!!!! copyright i now for sure this song eritrean!!! not ethiopian sham on the edeitor.

  • @funnyagame Eritrean and Ethiopian are the same ok funnyagame dont go by the stupid politics still we r the same there is noting will spareat us... ppl say we r not same but thats just dum ppl... so just enjoy the muic one day God will made the love again

dont take it wrong way wat i say...

  • @tatiti111: poor u. ethio is at war in all fronts, the population is one of the worst HIV hit in east africa plus the usaul draught. how blind r u 2 tell me a country with such pedigree is a fastest growing economy?ethio is a disaster waiting 2 happen. even nature will act against u by dividing that cursed land into peices in plate tectonics. i cant wait 4 that day to come. getting rid of u and ur like is indeed a great relief for our planet.

  • @tatiti111 one thing is 4 sure. we dont do most of our ploughing by oxes and donkeys anymore. we do it by tractors. and where did the tractors came from? ethiopian!! how? cuase u fools started the war b4 u collected every thing urs from the port of assab. hence ethio remains 2 b the face of draught and hunger 'cos u didnt had the wisdom to collect ur things b4 u started the war wit eri. u deserve 2 b in genius book of records for being dumbest, poorest and weakest ppl.

  • @qoratu3 I see how mad you are. because you just can't handl the truth. this is just fun for me. but i understand your furstration. I wish the best for eritrea. as you already know My counrtry is the fastest growing in the world.

  • @axumite we parted to show u ppl: population meant nothing but courage, determination and good use of mind. it will b very unwise indeed to rule ethiopia let alone to be ruled by them. u ppl still castrate for glory, 99% illiterate and a capital full of beggars. i dont have enough characters on my comment box 2 say all the reasons y no popualation on earth should b part of ethio. in news, books and leaflets a picture of hunger and malnutirition is a picture of that famously starved ethiopian.

  • @tatiti111 ethiopia is famous for one thing only ....CHRONIC DRAUGHT. did u eat the past 3 days? if i were u i wud b ashamed to declare myself ethiopian.

  • @qoratu3 , We have less draught since you eritrean left,. check how poor and starved u are and enjoy your free/no meal day. Anyone will be stupid to call his shit ass eritrean. We the poor country in the world fare much better than your salve ass eritrea. I and the world wonder why you got freedom form my (ethiopian) masterhood.

  • @Axumite it is suprising to c people insulting eachother,,,y don't we all just enjoy the beauty of music instead of being immature and retarded.....i totaly disagree wiv qoratu3 eventhough im eritrean....but u too have made a misake insulting all eritreans ain't cool. Attacking and harrasing eachother will never help for the haromny and peace of this two neighbour countries, lets wake up people and sperad the word of love and peace instead being negative and narrow minded,,,,God bless ya all!!

  • @qoratu3 . what about eritrea? by the way do you know that eritrean get the lowest food per day and per serving? there is no one above eritrea, ethiopia is not in the list at all. and eritreans are the smallest people in the world, because of malnutration, I didn't make up this story by the way you can google it. do you think that makes me happy to see eritrean suffer? nononono. I am just trying to give u an answer for ur insult. but eritrean are real abesha like the rest of us

  • @qoratu3 and I wish peace and wealth for eritrean people.

  • why eritreans are so bitter? your identity crush problem is not something that ethiopia created. like Ethiopia One day you will be recognize and find place and acceptance in this world, but you have to be patient thou. it is not going to happen over night. don't even bother to compare your self to ethiopia, ethiopia is a country and eritrea is a villige who is strugling to becaome a country.

  • @tatiti111 i can definatly understand y u wud think that, but im actually Eritrean and in some things i feel u could of been less harsh on, but i still think we're basicly the same so i have respect for u.

    anyways, GREAT SONG!!

  • @tatiti111........i cannot believe ur foolishness and stupidity. YESSSSS there was a country called ERITREA since 1890 long b4 engineer ASGEDOM (owner of this tune) was born. that is why we say 'ethiopia is 100yrs behind eritrea to modern civilisation'. all modern musical instruments were played in eritrea 100 yrs b4 they were played in ethiopia. you can enjoy the song but dont try to divert history. no need for provocation here.

  • @qoratu3 that is a good wish but let alone 100 years before no one even recognaize the existance of that littie place called eritrea today. if you don't know history I suggest you to read. I know you guys have a huge identity clush, but i belive you will get there one day. Ethiopia is a contry known by even the whole world was a myths and the name was abysinya, in that time eritrea was a pice of dry bread which was located in northern part of ethiopia. thename eritrea came from italy ur master.

  • was there a country called eritrea when this song was made? This music was made long before eritrea became an independent country. Originally it was ethiopian music. Ok lets say it was eritrean, what is the problem this song sung by an ethiopian? I don't even understand tigrigna but I love this song, I have so many memories about this song. are you telling me I can't even listen to this music because I am ethiopian? OMG.

  • guarda tu che hai scritto che questa canzone che un regalo dai i tuoi fashisti italiani non evero questa canzone e` stata cantata dal ing asghodom quasi nel 1970

  • This singer is an idiot...just sing it in amharaic as a remix you just ruined the song with your amharic tongue by singing in tigrigna..if you cant pronounce tigrigna words proparly dont ruin a classic in this way.for those people who says it a tigrayan song you know you are lying and wish it was this is eng asghedom song.

  • I don't give a damn about his origin, love the song !!!!!!!

  • Saba Sabina Ya Halata Fe Eritreeyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee love this song

  • idk wut he talkin bout, but dis joint go hard

  • this song is the best song i ever hord when ever i listen to it i fill like i want to dance

    i love your songs.

  • this song is the best song i ever hord when ever i listen to it i fill like i want to dance

    i love your songs.

  • this song is eng Asghedoms (eritrean)...we can all enjoy the remix but dont try to rewrite history

  • he made it to look like if it is his own but other than that the music is moving ....i dont even know what he is saing but i like it

  • The problem is that he's not giving any credit to the person who sung the original song.

  • He probably did and u will never know about it. He didn't sing it ditto like the original so it's his original. So stop ur yapping and enjoy the song or just clam up.

  • plagerism at its best! Man a theft! Copyright infrigment!

  • he is improving the original song .

  • nice song, but they must respect!! copyright very:(

  • tigray, amhara, gurage, oromo, harari, you are ethiopians even the bastards from north you are ethio-genetic species. Go look at your face in Mirror!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Melikuba one of the most brilliant and true comment- Just go ans see yr face in th mirror!!!!!!

  • Great song ! Erireans please leave the room ! This is for ethiopians only ! Do not divide us here. Woyane/ Agame's are hard working ethiopians. Go to yourown website ! Just leave !

  • @lakehora2009

This is a great song,i don't know the meaning, don't know who sang it. I am Ugandan and i believe Ethiopians and Eritreans are brothers. I love you guys and your music!

  • @lakehora2009 Its funny how your saying for Eritreans to leave the room when the original singer for this song was made by a eritrean singer so next time you talk, make sure you know your info..

  • O S K

  • it doesnt sound good in amharic. i only know this song been from Eritrean singer.

    but whatever, enjoy!

  • @aminaerina Shutup Arsehole!!

  • ooooohh the girls huuttt

  • shida2004,

Are you out of your mind? Have you no shame? Tesfay Belay is the owner of the original song. He played the song long before the copycats.

  • @KokebSemay

lol... how do u think tigryans can sing such song

anyway have a fun with eritrean song as usual

  • Comment removed

  • there is a new tigrinia song called "Yikid Gidefiwo" by Hermon Baraki 2009 ( Check it on youtube).

I thought Teshaytu baraki might be the original singer too lol

  • Tesfay Belay was a Tor-Serawit DERG singer. He just copied it from Tekle's versions of Eng. Asgedom's original one. Tigrayans or other Ethiopians don't have the habit of flattering words with INA suffix. They rather use SABIYE than SABINA. Anyways just for the record, and you should give credit to the original singer.

  • @RiesiAkat ..yes..ina is just a "gift" left from Italians.. Ine é il suffisso usato dalla lingua italian per "rimpicciolire or endere femminili ..quindi + attraenti le cose".. I fact it is not eritrean EVEN.. INA is something the inhariated from italoian 8my father was one of them ) Yikirtàà sillezih..eri woch yennate kianka adellem.ina ..suribina, lefina. etc etc.. erdità del colonialismo italiano

  • the orginal singer is Enginear Asgodom. my self i used to think it is Tekle Tesfazgi song. But after i wach Enginear Asgodom interview on Er-Tv,i find out that he is the orginal singer.he even said that he don't anderstand that how his song saba sabina got very known all over the world.

  • Enginear Asgodom even talk about how every body is biching about his song Saba sabina.

  • Kelebet menged, some cheap hot chicks, poses in front of rich-people fences, a crappy camera, cheap embarrassing digital effects..... now we have a masterpiece on youtube.

  • don't hate bitch

  • hahaha my names saba this track makes me laaaffff

  • The original owner of this song is Tesfay Belay. He is a Tigrean Ethiopian from Adwa. Tekle Tesfazghi and the rest are copycats.

  • my name is sabina lol

  • long live sabina!

  • This video was shot in Addisaba.

  • i don't give a SHIT weather da singer is Eritrean or Ethiopian, i love this song cuz i'm in love wiz this girl name SABA.......SABINA......so on...

  • love this song too..but i can't stand them bastards up north.

  • Well, the latest information i got from the people who know Tekle tesfazgi's family is that he is whole Tigrean parenthood origon except he was born in Eritrea. can you eritrean proof that he is not salve o (F) ace.

  • one of my favo tigrinya songs.. but i aint a real fan of this version.. i like the version the chinese man was singin at the eri festival.. much nicer melody.. and for addislige.. assab is where it is.. and wont ever be yours.. dont be greedy!

  • love diz music

  • My Name Is Saba!

    HAhahahaha

  • EritreanManUtdFan & Asmarinox , For your information Tekle Tesfazghi is half Tigrean and half Eritrean we erthiopian trained him and made who he is. You would not know what nationality he will choose if he was alive at your cursed indipendence. The music you here is Tesfaye Belaye's mentor of Tekle Tesfazghi, Calm down and enjoy the music. Oooooooooops soory you can not hate is blocking your fun.UNDERSTAND your problem.

  • first of all, there should be a credit to Tekle Tesfazghi, but there isnt, 2nd, this guys should have practiced his tigrinya before singing this song, 3rd its owesome

  • Yes this person is Ethiopian. But the original song is Eritrean by Tekle Tesfazghi. It is an old Tigrigna song from Eritrea. But if it makes you happy to think that it is Ethiopian then let it be. I have no problem if the origin matters for you. I do not look backward to some nonesense and I am mature enough to set myself free of the narrow nationalism and ethnicity that is consuming the horn of Africa. The way you think will take you nowhere except to empity pride that is full of illusion.

  • buddy there are many songs that eritreans think is theirs from berhane haile, solomon haile, and so on...tekle was singing in addis all the time and never stopped he was popular in ethiopia not just the places that spoke tigrinya...don't criticize his tigrinya because u eritreans speak tigrinya funny and like arabs this for ethiopians say something nice or stick to ur eritrean videos...ASSAB WILL BE OURS ETHIOPIA!!!!!!!!!

  • this song melody is niether ethiopian nor eritrean but sudanese many ethiopian singers got used to steal some sudanese melodies and attribute it to amharic songs

  • @hafin111 can you see. you just gave toom to comments like these ones... So..the nthypone is: no matteri f it it eritean. tigreanian or guargign: it is jus a very ncie song..and theis verision is awesome!!

  • This is nice! Whether it is Eritrean or Ethiopian ,I DON'T know. What i "DO" know....THE SONG IS NICE!!!!!

  • I am an Eritrean but this guy has made a very nice remix of the song. It doesn't matter whether the song is originally Eritrean or not what matters is the song is nice. Do not write some nonesense here. Just enjoy the music. Peace

  • its ethiopian and it does matter

  • @Asmarinox well said.

  • This song is an Ethiopian thru and thru. The original owner of the song is Tesfay Belay, a Tigrean.

  • WTF!! This is a classic Eritrean song. I don't like how this Ethiopian remake sounds.

  • Under EPLF everyone is Equal.........I guess ppl want come to usa for better life and soon they will find out it is a dream that will not transilate to reality. Also we have respect for Ethiopian ppl and all African's. One love!

  • Eritrean are Icon African, EPLF for life

  • EPLF for life??????????

I think you are somalian. if you are ertrean why don't you go and live with EPLF for the whole of your life?

  • it's in blood EPLF, I am an Eritrean who has respect for those who have respect my ppl.

  • I have great respect what EPLF is doing on Somalia. EPLF is not for Eritrean.

  • check 2pac "Tupac - They Don't Give A Fuck About Us"

  • The original owner of this song is Tesay Belay. He is a Tigrean. Eritreans have no shame. They even claim Abraham G/Medhin as their own, besides Hannibal and Pushkin(don't laugh). Ah Eritrea.Fake country . Fake history. Fake people.

  • the name should read Tesfay Belay.

  • fuck you fag, come talk shit to my face!

  • good song!

  • this is sick

  • --fuckykt--i have read all your comments every thing that you have said pointing toward to who you really are, you can be better than the sick words which you have used, i tell you that i know why, beacuse you sure of that no one will never know who you are. but please be yourself just for yourself, who ever you are, i am so sure you can be better than the commnets you made.

  • when i said "this is sick" i meant its ill, meaning its a tight song...and as for the other comments, i meant every word

  • Respect Human Rights

  • To those who keep yapping about cultural difference you can keep on running your mouth until your blood start boiling but you are not making difference by hating. Human=Human no matter what the fk you came from. Well according to scientist 1st civilization started in the present day of Ethiopia ( Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, Kenya, Somalia, Sudan, Egypt, Oman, Yemen)= every single people are from one location if you wanted to stick to history. So stop with the none sense, stop, stop, stop.

  • Agree !!!!!!!!!!!!! Just tel'm to look at their face in mirror.

  • People ignorance never runs out, so shut the heck up and listen to the music, if you don't like it close your ears, eyes, and the page. This is not social gathering to hate people, music is music and take it as music nothing else.

  • i am Ethiopian and i used to sing it when i was a little girl!!! i love it &.it reminds me my child hood and my Eritrean best friend,mizan.....oh i miss her so much!!! It has been more zan 10 years now since we met hope we will see each other some day when we become one again!!!...in my heart and in my mined we Ethiopians and Eritreans are one and we will always be!!.........I hate meles and esayas ............zey r hodam!!!!

  • I'm Eritrean and I know Tekle tesfazgi is 100 % Ethiopian from Tigray. He was born in Asmera from two Adwan parents , but that does not make him Eritrean , thiugh Esayas claims to be Eritrean but has no shred of Eritreanness in him. Tekle tesfazgi believed in his Ethiopiannes .

  • Eritrean, Asmarian, Tigryan, Adwan, we are all the same, injera belita monkeys.Get out of this illusion.

  • you are so right

  • @YagereLij or Amhara ..you forgot the Amhra and /or the Guraghe '' just for yr info

  • the original was from tekle teflegzhi from the roha band of the original ethiopian singers. Tekle's last name is very common among tigrawi's of eritrea...around asmara. However Tekle was habesha and eritrean by birth in todays geographical borders but still sung and lived in Addis Ababa

  • thank you for the info.

  • Thanks for this background info. I love this video and like karthukarjala have always wondered. I am from West Africa but I appreciate and like music from across the continent.

  • i love this music

  • Why r u caring that much about the identity of the man who sang original "Saba" song. If u love it, just listen. If not, leave the room and search some other song which will make u listen it. Saba Sabina.......

  • all eritreans are shuremuta's beacuse they are bitches and stupid. Eritreans Suck. Ethiopians rule thats why eritreans are coming to ethiopia because your guy's president doesnt take good care of you guys and im mad at meles our government cuz he's letting you stupid hungry looking eritreans into our country when eritreans wont even let us go to eritrea.almost 50,000 etrawites came to ethiopia get the fuck out of my freakin nice ethiopia! oh and by the way nice song by ethiopians

  • Mr. 0153...blah blah...this is an Eritrean song, cuz it was song by an Eritrean singer...he also sang Kemdelayey, Chinki nay keletena, etc...he use to live in Ethiopia and got killed by people that crashed his car and made it seem like an accident. I have his CD...but even if u argued that he wasn't Eritrean, the song was first sung by ENGINEER ASGEDOM who NEVER LIVED in ethiopia, who now lives in Saudi...ask any Amhara that lived at that time, Tekle Tesfazgi sang the song after Asgedom.

  • And the way ur talking, "Eritrans suck, Ethiopians rule" thing, that's how my 3rd grade nephews speak, mature grown ups don't speak in such manner. You don't know the history behind that song, so don't claim it's Ethiopian...it's Eritrean. Besides, it can't be Ethiopian Tigrigna, cuz Tigrayans weren't making songs back then as much as they do now. They were fighting for independence along side Eritraen, know before u open ur mouth. This is just a remix of the original, now go educate urself.

  • I love this song, one of Eritrean classics...we miss you Tekle...u were such an amazing singer...

  • what do you mean this an ethiopian tigrigna song so what r u talkin about

  • So what difference does it make if it is ethiopian you dick head, but it was originally eritrean?

  • eristars, you will learn that the more you know about your fake national ID the more you will feel horriblely shocked., God speed.

  • I speak amharic, but i wish i spoke tigrina so that i can understand what he saying...anyway all of you haters need to stoping this hating. Why cant we just fucking get along gosh

  • For centuries, Colonizers n SlaveMasters advertize Africa as leshuman beings continent, nothing has to do with any human development when is the other around.Which Africa was way developed even before Europe build her 1st hut with window, ashame of them all the legacy of Afirca is revealing.Africa the birth place man kind n civilizations.Young people educate urself, visit Ancient Yemen n her people who r look like n who built mysticam monuments there, why Western media never 2introduce to world

  • omg i like this osng but he stole the song. he's daughter is hella pissed

  • omg i like z original olds music this guy messed up everthing beselam new

  • Ethiopia, eritrean, it just does not matter any more, ya need to get over the hump and stop giving the white fucker what they want..........

  • you dam asshole, you don know who eritreans are. You people who are talking about 3000 history have destroyed eritrea yet, didn't even builed your fucken ethiopia. Instead your immigrating all over the world and are famous in your poor, malnutrition, and all the bad staff.

why dont you guys leav eritrea, and do some thing ealse, rather than talking and looking eritrea.

    foolish people
