In all honesty I don't think the hip crease breaks the parallel on your thrusters....just my input which in all honesty does not matter if that rolls in your affiliate then go for it. Where I have been we do not use balls or boxes and its ass to grass.
I was wondering if I lost count on the first set of pull-ups or if you did. - haha. Watched a second time before finding the comment. Tomorrow will be my 4th Fran - current PR is 6:17, so I can hopefully kill that tomorrow.

Bro! A solid performance. You killed it!!! I have done the same thing as far as losing count and having to pick up the bar to do one more rep. Did you notice you only did 8 pull-up reps on the last set of pulls?
yup, sure did. and 23 pullups instead of 21, lol. goes to show you how your mind just gets lost under intense stress....thnaks for the comment though, im coming for ya, lol. this is why i love crossfit there is always something to accomplish
Also your ear does not cross your arms don't lock out just another pointless input but those are known games standards.
