stingers sound the best by far! if you want louder then it would be a toss up between corsa and bassani. but ive heard them all and borla wins every time with a deep rich tuned sound

Out of your list the Borla would be loudest. I can confirm due to my friend having an S197 and having the maganflow. Magnaflow still sounds great too though.

apparently some "mustang fanatics" havent done their homework. if they had, they would know the S197 has 2, thats right, 2 cats, just down fromt he manifolds

a bit late of a response heexzy but you should generally run the same headers and midpipe. like run bbk with bbk or bassani with bassani

yes, the mustang gt, had 6 converters, 3 on each side. My friend had his removed for his borla exhaust system. yes, dont blame me, blame FORD. or rather, emissions testing.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I beleive they burn fuel that was not burned during combustion and quiets the exhaust down quite a bit as well.

The Borla kit goes for $700 and up.

the Catalytic converter or BKA "Cats" that ever uses as a easier word doesnt exactly burn all the fuel but they turns the carbon Monoxide that is dangerous to inhale, into carbon Dioxide

cats SUCK. They go bad, and if your car is no longer under warranty, cost 650 a piece, and on most cars you have 2, mustangs have 6!

Like funtimesinchi says above: the 2005+ S197 Mustangs only have 2 converters, 1 on each side.  I think you are referring to SN95?

They are in the exhaust system and kinda look like another set of mufflers up closer to the engine. They burn un burnt fuel in the exhaust to help cut down on pollution. They do cut down on the sound a lot, so when removed it really wakes up the sound. PS: they are crunchier than chicken!!!!
