Actually you are on private property that is open to the public. You can argue with me as much as you want but its true. You could have been arrested for trespassing of i don't know I would have found something that would have worked. You don't have to advise anyone that it is private property that is open to the public. You only have to make it feasible for that person to know that it is. If that person chooses not to read the rules then thats their fault. That cop should have reminded dude about this. Then arrested him for trespassing, and other things.

So therefore this private police department for the airport can tell you to turn your camera off. I wouldn't have gone about it the same way this officer did. But if it is posted at the entrances that you are not allowed then they can enforce it. It doesnt matter if you choose not to read the rules when you walk in.

He knew he was video taping him hassling the truckers so he was already pissed. I would have politely asked why and what he was taping. You don't have to advise anyone that it is private property that is open to the public. You only have to make it feasible for that person to know that it is. If that person chooses not to read the rules then thats their fault. That cop should have reminded dude about this. Then arrested him for trespassing, and other things.

So therefore this private police department for the airport can tell you to turn your camera off. I wouldn't have gone about it the same way this officer did. But if it is posted at the entrances that you are not allowed then they can enforce it. It doesnt matter if you choose not to read the rules when you walk in.

He knew he was video taping him hassling the truckers so he was already pissed. I would have politely asked why and what he was taping. You 2 are the stupid ones. Obviously you don't know a thing about the numbers of inmates in state & federal prisons and what they are there for. The largest percentage are in there for drug related offenses. If you think the War on Drugs is not a political war on the American people, then you are really showing your ignorance.
