  • I'll have a look, same as my reply to michaelmcc84 below.

  • oh, ich würde auch so gerne surfen lernen, dass ist soooo geil!!!

  • Very good. Going up there next week. Cant surf so will go for nice safe swim down at Mullaghmore beach.

  • Inside left is my favourite wave! Nice hollow barel. Hav'nt picked up the courage or skill level to try black spot or pampa yet!

What is the song at about 3.30 mins?

  • If I'm perfectly honest I can't remember, it was that long ago when I edited this. I'll have a look for then original edit file since someone else has asked too.

  • The song is called "Hill Stuck" and it's by The Presets, it's on the "Beams" album

  • omg, i just remebered i was walking round this cliff and there were srufers jumping off this island thing thats jutting out of the coast so they wouldnt have to ride through the surf head on. it was crazy cuz the island thing was like 20-50feet tall at some points

  • surfed ther for a week in 1999.stayed at the surf backbackers.the peak and the inside left was good.got a good swell at tullens.big backdoors.a big day at blackspot and a massive "night"(paddled out at 8pm)at pampa point.i am from west oz and i am used to barrels but to this day that was the biggest barrel i have ever had.big ups to the locals.great place

  • just been there for a month it fucking rocks

  • love tat wave. nice vid

  • Nice film - was that shot at Bundoran?

  • Most certainly was, most was shot at the peak, hence the bad angles as I couldn't get very close, but some of the clos-up shots were filmed at other reef breaks, I won't reveal where 'cos I don't know if everyone would thank me if I did.

  • Aye - good stuff. Were you using a tripod? U can get it proper steady with one and they are pretty cheap now. good stuff tho

  • No, sadly I didn't have a tripod with me. In fact I didn't even have a camera with me. This was all filmed with a borrowed super8 handycam which I had never used before and a double magnification lens. (Hence the shaky cam effect.)

To add to that it was windy and a lot of the time I had to stand up to my knees in water in order to get close enough to see out back.

  • i likes the guy in the 6-7 minute part. bankhand guy. his snaps could be higher and faster but nice solid stance, so comfortable.

  • Nice surfing lads

  • Cheers, just wish I was as good as these lads.
