sorry to tell ya, but i'm in my late 40's! i served 15 years in the military and 10 of those in germany. after i retired i stayed for another 10 years! i moved back to the states five years ago and i'm now a construction worker! it's not Just my "personal" view, it's a military, economical and moral view that i represent. i think i have a pretty good view of other culturs and lifestyles. and i can say that we (middle-class) don't have a very good lifestyle compared to other (european) countrys

follow the chain of command!!! why do you think the generals that are speaking out (Gen. McChrystal for example) are getting in trouble? and about the terrorist in nyc!? personally i would've done the military way but then again you as a service-men should be aware of our military courts? they're just not as exprerienced and with guys gettin out after 7 month's which happens? i'm also worried about that!

i think those bailouts, bush's or obamas, were important for our economy!
i do think though that now, that we paid for it, obama should be much harder on them, by making them pay back quicker or make them hire more people (or both)! i mean we basically own them! i would like you though, to get more facts than opinions. for example "medicare". did you know that those "CUTS" are actually "SAVINGS"!?!
3/4 of the medicare cuts, is waisted money, that we already pay for in taxes! .......

I would be be interested in an update from MF. As Obama has pretty much just continued the bush doctrine and not done what is right for we the people, He has done what is right for the banking elite. ok. I will admit that maybe he's a little off-base or naive on some of his words. maybe this is what he's heard at his concerts or wherever, because In the past 11 months, I've been to New Jersey, Indiana and N. Carolina and I know that a lot of people would not agree w/ his words and salad comment. SHAME ON YOU!! I am grateful that I dont live in these or like-minded states!!!!

Slaves my ass. I fought tooth-and-nail for everything I have right now, even if it isn't anything spectacular, and I don't ever want it any other way. Because I know I've earned it and I know I can make it better. Everyone else could do the same, if they wanted, but instead they like a government that victimizes them and lets them stay in their cozy welfare state.
