El Divo have proved that Rydian's style can prevail and I expect him to be around this time next year. Leon will sell a lot of records this Christmas but will not have a sustainable career. He does not have the strength of voice, cannot sustain a note without going flat and at the end of the day, his voice is really annoying. Michael Buble he is not. Make the most of it Leon, your 15 minutes might feel like it is just starting, but believe me, it will be over sooner than you think!

I'm not atall surprised that Leon won. While there is no doubt in the unbelieveable talent that is Rhydian and he was far and away the most consistent performer, his classically trained operatic voice just isn't my cup of tea. Plus little Leon put 100% heart and soul into the final going that extra mile in the bitter end at the final song. He epitomises all this contest should be about with the way he grown, matured and applied himself and is a deserved winner...
