Yes, they do speak..its a bad dub but the movie tome has Leon-The Professional elements/chemistry. It was written and produced by Luc Besson. (5th element-The Professional)among my favorites. If your a Jean and Luc fan this movie is a must see. Not that it's better..it's a bonus for those who like their movies.
