If ye come to a friendly understanding, and practise self-restraint, God is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.
Since muta degrades the sacredness of marriage, because of the irresponsible divorce that results from it, then wouldn't you agree with me that it is best and safest for you to abandon this evil practice? Allah Almighty did not leave any room for Muslim men and women to marry and divorce as they please, because marriages that are destined for divorce are clearly and strictly forbidden according to Noble Verse 33:52.
Ignoring both your Hadiths sources and the Sunni's Hadiths sources for a second, isn't it a Prophetic Sunnah that temporary marriage be discontinued since Prophet Muhammad himself discontinued it for good after he was Commanded by Allah Almighty in the Noble Quran? As righteous people who love Allah Almighty and respect His Divine Will and Commands, wouldn't you agree with me that Allah Almighty doesn't like muta and divorce at all?
Now lett us see what quran says about Muta. Sura 33:52 "Beyond the categories described to you, you are enjoined from marrying any other women, nor can you substitute a new wife (from the prohibited categories), no matter how much you admire their beauty. You must be content with those already made lawful to you. GOD is watchful over all things.
Moreover, any argument based on Quran 4:24 fails to address the fundamental incompatibility of muta with Quranic criteria for divorce. While Islam does not require OBJECTIVE proof of some fault such as "mental cruelty" or "adultery" as a precondition for divorce, the Quran makes it clear that there must be some BONA FIDE "disagreement," "incompatibility" or "conflict" between the spouses.
It does not say muta is alright. and the ayah’s discussion of the dowery does not imply the legality of muta but merely recites the universal rule that the dowery contracted for cannot be reduced except by mutual agreement. See also Quran 4:19.

If Rasullullah told Muslims to follow Ali just because of blood relation ,then Holy Prophet was doing injustice to the ummah because he could be blamed of practicing nepotism.The Holy Prophed did it because He was commanded by Allah And since He was commanded by Allah, the evidences are there in the KoranAs such glorifying Ali is in fact glorifying Muhammad and glorifying Muhammad is glorifying AllahThe shia knows better than to shrik against Allah because they were taught by the best of Imams!

There were about 13 hadiths that said that Holy Prophets had allowed Muta but later Prohibits it . Those hadiths are weak and unreliable since they are clearly against the Koran (sura annisa ayat 24) The hadiths cannot abrogate the Koran,Most of those Hadith were written during the time of the Omayyad dynasty.And we are well aware that the Omayyad rulers were enemies to the Holy Prophet family.So it was possible that those hadiths were fabricated to discredit Imam Ali and his Followers

What you follow is not Muhammad(pbuh) its Ayatullah or Ali. You expect help from a dead man instead of Allah. Thats why you say "Ya Ali Madad" And the man clearly said it in part 3 or 4. Muta is not allowed in islam anymore. The prophet he himself forbade it after the battle of Khaibar. Mutah was only allowed for the cause of the soldiers one time. But by the time it was forbidden like alcohol.

I Quoted you even Ali has been quoted saying Sahih Muslim Book 021, Number 4763 That the prophet forbade Muta after the battle of Khaibar. Dont forget quran says SHIA Quran, 6:159. The Arabic quran uses the very word Shia "Inna allatheena farraqoo deenahum wakanoo shia’ an lasta minhum fee shay-in innama amruhum ila Allahi thumma yunabbi-ohum.... "

Mutt3a in Arabic means to benefit from. There was one time when the Muslims wanted to do it and asked for permission from Mohammad who allowed it for 3 days. Now why would they ask for permission from Mohammad if it was allowed to them?. the term Mutt3a in Quran was mentioned 59 times and for so many things. In one verse "Alnisa'" Mutt3a is mentioned, not as marriage but as an order to pay legal wives the whole Mahr for any benefit derived from them.
