I can't thank you guys enough. I had a new WD External Die on me. It was unreadable and I tried everything to get it to work. I found this program and hooked my external drive up as a secondary drive on my computer. I ran the default settings after watching this video. It was all very straight forward. I had about 1.2 TB of files and it took about 9-10 hours to complete. I had a couple errors at the beginning of the scan, but just ignored them. I know have my files back! I definitely recommend!

Hello, the result of the recovery is thousands of folders everyone denoted by a number, some contain good files, others contain unuseful files (as desktop.ini etc...). I would like to know if I can automatically extract all the files from the folders (put them in a common folder selecting all the file I want by looking at the extension .xml .mp3 .avi etc ...) or do I have to extract each file from each folder ?? I have thousands of folders :-( !!! Thanks

I was able to extract certain files (for backup) and created an image of the disk. Any recommended way to take this image file from the saved HDD and load it onto a new HDD?

@mykhalis2 Your using a pirated copy as well. If you did not purchase your own copy, then it is stolen. Stolen keys do not allow you to copy the data. We keep track of these keys and log them into the software, that way they do not work.

Why I can't recover (copy) files? I have licensed version. Dunno why the windows with copying process doesn't show up for me, because I selected my file and then clicked "Copy" and chosen the right directory, but nothing happens. Help me please!

@downight Buy the software, do not use a pirated key, these keys do not allow you to save your data. If you want to complain about not being able to use the software correctly, be sure you have purchased the software yourself.

I assume you'll need an image of the RAID0 instead of just scanning a single, physical drive since half the data is on the other physical drive

my problem is i partition my drive c: and D: the os vista is on the drive C: and my data is on the drive D:,i installed xp in drive d: but i dont format,when i open my xp my files is still der,but when i PQ boot using partition mgic my drive D: is missing and all my files are now gone,,pls help me about this matter pls...pls,,, help....

I had 75% of my 2nd fat 32 drive corrupted. The computer indicated the 2nd drive in odd lettering with boxes, and most files had the same. It had win 98, which I didn't use. I thought loading XP would fix it, bad idea. WinXP said FAT 32 corrupted. WinXP deleted. I installed WIN XP, then the 90% full drive showed 90% free, all files disappeared. I used GETDATABACk, and I recovered about 90% of the files. I don't know how it did it since the drive no longer showed the files but it did.
