  • I don't trust Stevia. In 3-4 yrs ppl will come up with "Stevia is bad for you" and that stuff. It's natural? Magic mushrooms are also.

btw. with milk from a plastic bottle? I know - I really do - how hard it is to avoid plastic. but why does Sean tell us to boy this plastic bottle for 21$ with inside glass if he buys his food (milk in this case) in a plastic bottle?

I'd love to live in times where you get your food from farmers near your house without walmart and such shit between!

  • @qubiq3 I agree! Sean, wassup with the plastic bottle??

  • You want PASTURED chicken eggs...NOT free range. That is your only guarantee they are actually out on grass.

  • I dont feel well when eating fruit either, good to know i am not alone. i dont fuck with the shit like at all

  • @pfdtrader88 The reason you don't feel well when consuming fruit is because it is reacting with all the garbage that you have been consuming your whole life. Cut out the crap and see the difference. Don't blame fruit, blame yourself.

  • @MrMaryJanes

I was born Type 1 diabetic, should I blame myself for that? I guess it was the "garbage" I ate before I was born that caused that, and made fruit consumption not a viable choice to promote/maintain health for ALL people. Talking out of your ass, blame yourself.

  • @pfdtrader88 My guess is that your mother ate a lot of GMO garbage, got a lot of shots, etc. It all contributes to type 1 diabetes. The only solution to cure your diabetes is to go raw vegan, or in your case raw vegan FRUITARIAN. The fruit will balance out your blood sugar levels and you will be rid of diabetes if done correctly in around a week. If you want to see a guy who reversed diabetes, watch the movie called "fat sick and nearly dead", and a few others. Group of ppl cured of it in 4 days.

  • @MrMaryJanes You are absolutely NUTS spreading that garbage around. Do you realize what you are doing? You aren't qualified to tell someone medical information regarding a serious ailment. Get a clue. Clinical trails have been conducted on diabetic patients on all kinds of diets including fruit-based diets with negative and counteractive imbalance of blood-glucose levels. Go educate yourself and stop watching youtube vegan propaganda before you do something really stupid.

  • @thespecter2 Yep yep. Can't be done unless approved by the FDA right? People like you make me sick. Do some real research.

  • @MrMaryJanes This has nothing to do with the FDA you quack. I am talking about controlled studies that go on next door to me, on campus, at the UC DAVIS MED CENTER. Unregulated, unbiased studies that are reported to the school not the damn government. I am a double-major in biochemistry and human nutrition for crying out loud. I sleep, breath and eat this stuff (literally on the eat). GET OFF THE INTERNET and go learn some real science-based knowledge.

  • @thespecter2 I know for a fact that nature has provided fruits and vegetables for us to thrive on. No science will prove otherwise.

People don't need to drink cow tit juice.

  • @MrMaryJanes There is nothing stemming back saying we consumed vegetables like raw vegans promote today. Vegetables are very nutritious yet lack calories and are therefore unsustainable foods in large civilizations. Fruits, nuts, seeds, meats, and veggies are where it is at. You need to educate yourself a little more, honestly. Not trying to be a jerk but giving a diabetic health advice when you know nothing is not safe.

  • @thespecter2 Meat is not natural for humans. We are frugivores.

Long intestines, flat teeth, can't see in the dark, can't chase down an animal, can't bite into an animal, can't eat raw meat without getting sick, etc etc etc. Humans are meant to eat fruits, vegetables, and a small amount of nuts and seeds. Read 80/10/10 By Dr Doug Graham.

  • @MrMaryJanes Dr. Doug Graham is full of quackery. Frugivores? Really? Wow... I already know about all the supposed signs saying that we are AND aren't meant to eat meat. I don't necessarily believe we should be eating meat, especially seeing what it has come to. All the meat eating points are hypothesis'. You want to know a truth? Humans are OPPORTUNISTIC eaters. We scavenge, hunt, collect, and have a wide scope of what we consider a natural "diet".

  • @MrMaryJanes And MrMaryJanes, the whole basis behind Graham and many raw vegan logic is false anthropological assumptions that we evolved eating fruits and vegetables which is proven negligible and entirely untrue. The only reputable pro-veganism (and not raw veganism) book I have read is "The China Study" by Colin T. Campbell. And even that contained overlooked analysis and favoritism towards his bias. It did have a lot of factual basis though which I respect.

  • @thespecter2 I'm tired of arguing . If you want to eat meat and dairy, that is your choice. Have a nice day

  • @MrMaryJanes It isn't about arguing, it is about you putting someones life at risk by giving them medical advice in which you know nothing of. So shut the fuck up next time. Meat and dairy that.

  • @thespecter2 Umad.

  • @MrMaryJanes No, me not mad. Me think that you stupid crank science is getting to you head and spreading to other people. Ustupid.

  • @thespecter2 In my experience meat eaters are often very angry and can't see the error of their ways.

  • @MrMaryJanes Well good for them. I have a secret, I don't eat meat. Surprise. Crank science stupidity on your part, meat eater or not.

  • @thespecter2 Dairy also.

  • @thespecter2

thanks thespecter! MrMaryJanes is really an idiot!

  • I am eating the same type of food and this is also the best diet for people that suffer of hypoglycemia reactive.

  • @mille100piedi /watch?feature=player_embedded&v=FSJ_rhJuxYE

Hypoglycemia is cured on a low fat, high carb raw vegan diet

  • @MrMaryJanes

Are you sure you are in the position to give me advise?I have a very deep knowledge of hypoglycemia reactive. It is a chronic condition and I have this for the last 40 years, I bet you don't have the experience I have.

  • @mille100piedi right. 40 years of bad eating and reading books and taking medical advice from people who are only in it to make money off of you. Take advice from people who actually care to help you, rather than making a buck.

  • where did you get the raw organic milk??

  • I would like to read the various no meat=weak cells studies. My comment was not pushing a vegetarian diet, I said too much meat causes problems in the body. Although if you would like a vegetarian diet plan that would meet all the requirements of a healthy diet, I can provide that too you. It cancels out your "weak cell" theory.

  • There are many studies done that too much meat in your diet can be harmful. Any medical doctor will advise to limit it. The misleading information out there is that you NEED meat to be healthy. The meat industry is responsible for a part of that.

  • Too much meat causes heart disease, cancer and diabetes. The salad and coconut oil you bought looks healthy though :-)

  • @kate2001d Your comment proves that there is vile and misleading information breeding about.

  • @kate2001d The human body contains 100 trillion cells. Every cell has a protective barrier called the phospholipid bi-layer. What kind of fat is in the phospholipid bi-layer? Cholesterol. Cholesterol is ONLY in animal products. No meat = weak cells.

  • @kate2001d In 1890 heart disease was nearly unheard of. Commercial farming and hydrogenating oils began about 1902. In the 1920s heart disease became prevalent and by the 60s it was the leading cause of death. People say meat makes you sick. The consumption of meat in the United States has declined by about 40% since 1890 (remember... when no one had heart disease) yet we are more sick than ever. Obviously meat is not the problem, it is how meat is commercially raised now.

  • Dairy is a drug. It has caso-morphine in it for the baby calf to be hooked onto the mother cow's milk. No wonder humans are addicted to it. Sugar, meat, eggs, dairy, yes cheese is dairy, and cheap oil (made from soybean, safflower, palm, cotton or corn) are all bad for you. And the hard part is that it is in everything! Oh, and don't forget salt.

  • Oh, and dairy is a drug. Cheese is made of dairy: it's a drug. There's caso-morphine in it that is produced for the baby calf to be hooked onto the mother cow's milk. -check out Doctor Oz's website for the info. Earthlings, Food Inc, and Gary Yourofsky's Best Speech Ever. You'll have to tailor to what you believe in because I don't believe in soy and Gary does, but the good intent is there to educate people about what happens to their food and where it comes from.

  • Hey, Paul, hate to burst your bubble but free-range means they are outside the cage but over packed into a room with hundreds of other chickens flooding over each other. Eventually those hens get sent to the slaughter house once they can't produce eggs. :/

  • and you bought this all on the internet? we have it here to but it isn't that widely used, more for old people who cant really go to the store... it this normal in america or just cause you need the special products?

  • gotta have that chicken, jk

  • I live by the 80/20 rule too! People always see me eating and think I eat alot but it's all about proportions 80% good healthy foods and 20% fun (but not terrible)

  • they won't rise as much though.

vegetables and meat have not as much sugar as fruit. Body has to keep a certain amount of glucose in blood r else it resolves to using kerotin.

great health = minimum skin problems and itches, good brain function, the body can repair itself easy, you rarely get sick, your digestion is great and you sht brown crap, you always have enough energy, you are sleepy when at bed time, your heart beats fine, not always cold or too hot, you grow properly

  • @CBasie2856

stuff like that deteriorates over time if you eat sugar % processed foods all the time. World has lost its sense of whats healthy and whats not.

  • Doesn't raw milk, eggs cause allergies?

I just ate a bunch of pork, and I sneezed after eating some. It probably has a lot of protein though, but most of it is an allergen I think.

I eat a whole food diet of meats, vegetables, fruits, and nuts and I never actually get sick, but I get mucus and congestion in my throat sometimes and I sneeze after eating certain foods. I have no clue which foods mostly cause these, but I rely on the foods that what I am told called allergies.

  • @CBasie2856 Food allergies don't make you sneeze. They make you break out, nauseous, vomit, feverish, etc. Food allergies are very serious, they don't give you the sniffles. If you are suspicious of a food allergy go to an allergy specialist, but you sound like a hypochondriac to me.

  • @CivitasUltraAporia

Then what did? If it wasn't the meats, vegetables, fruits, and nuts, then what did make me sneeze....?

I am never sick, but for some reason I get congestion for some reason- even if I eat a raw food diet that has no processed foods.

I am no hypochondriac, I just want to cure my ADD and lack of concentration.

  • If you crash from eating an apple you have serious regulatory issues. No healthy human should crash from eating a single piece of fruit which happens to be packed with fiber.

  • @CivitasUltraAporia

Apple = too many simple sugars and too little vitamins and minerals. That's probably why he would crash. Parsley, broccoli, carrots are a better for choice for nutrition.

  • @CBasie2856 You are waaay off base. Apples are full of fiber and phytonutrients. Apples have maybe 20-30g of sugar in a large apple. No healthy human on this planet should crash from that, especially with the amount of fiber in apples.

  • @CivitasUltraAporia

Sean Croxton usually eats only vegetables and meat. He only eats fruit, nuts, milk, bread, and dairy on occasion. Fruit is loaded with simple sugars while vegetables are not. Sean has a normal blood glucose level when he usually eats vegetables and meat. When Sean eats fruit, it gets sugar quickly into the blood causing crash no matter how much fiber there is.

When were on meat%vegetables, we crash on fruit. Adding fruit 4 a long time might make u resistant 2 fruit.

  • @CBasie2856 No, you don't understand the physiology involved. By having a diet that is mostly meat and vegetables, he would be even MORE sensitive to the fruit. They would go right to glycogen stores or burned immediately with minimal insulin mediation.

Like I said, no healthy human should crash from an apple, regardless of their current diet.

  • @CivitasUltraAporia

"They would go right to glycogen stores or burned immediately with minimal insulin mediation"

Where did you get that information? Are you sure that's correct?

I'm almost positive that fruits can make you very sick, not feel well, or crash if you are on a primitive diet. When u eat fruits every day, ur body becomes used to it, although it still resists it but it doesn't give you clues as to whether your blood sugar is high.

i don't feel very well either I when eat sugar

  • @CBasie2856 Pick up any physiology textbook, that is how sugar is preferentially metabolized, even fructose. You should also look up how the body regulates blood sugar, and you would realize that there is no "spike" in healthy humans. The diagram people like this guy here draws on a white board of a wavy curve with big highs and lows is inaccurate. Sure it rises/lowers, but unless you're pounding down pure CHO without fat, protein, or fiber, the body is more than capable of controlling it.

  • @CivitasUltraAporia

im saying that even with all the fiber, nutrients, protein in fruit, there is no balance of sugar and the nutrients. The sugar far overpowers the amount of nutrients.

Sure if you had a low glycogen level and had some fruit, then you would probably get your blood sugar back to normal. The thing is when you have diet of usually meats and vegetables, you would have a NORMAL blood sugar level. Any fruit you eat is gonna raise the NORMAL sugar levels to HIGH blood sugar levels.

  • @CBasie2856 "m saying that even with all the fiber, nutrients, protein in fruit, there is no balance of sugar and the nutrients. The sugar far overpowers the amount of nutrients." based on what? Do you have proof of this in research? What data are you using? What reference point? Personal/Anecdotal evidence does not count.

Same goes for blood sugar levels, they will rise no matter what you eat, even meat and vegetables. What constitutes HIGH, and what constitutes NORMAL for you.

  • @CivitasUltraAporia

i haven't tried mostly meats and vegetables yet to see if that is normal blood gluclose. From what I heard, it is normal blood glucose.

I mostly eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, and meat, bread, but have gotten mucus the last couple of days when I started eating more of the plants and less of the meat. I'm going to try more meat and vegetables see how I feel.

  • @CBasie2856

I used to eat hot dogs, coke, cake, bread, fruits, milk, cheese, cookies, chips, pizza. Because of all that, I developed fungus, jock itch, dry skin, digestive problems, sleep problems, ADD% memory problems, things wouldn't heal as fast. I didn't care about health

No longer appreciating problems, I started to eat healthier. Sleep is better, feel a little bit better. But everything else is still the same. I am still recovering from these problems.

    U c why I am a health nut? YEAH!!

  • @CBasie2856 Give me molar concentrations of what constitutes a blood sugar spike to you. Stop avoiding my questions.

  • @CivitasUltraAporia

Ok, first in order to define "blood sugar spike" we must define normal. People who eat mostly meat, vegetables or complex carbohydrates are most likely to have normal blood sugar levels. I don't know that fact for sure, but I have heard it from many sources.

Any "blood sugar spike" is a deviation from the normal.

  • Considering meat and vegetables is normal, any slight modification in the diet with adding more sugar will raise the blood sugar levels and cause blood sugar levels to deviate from from norm.

  • @CBasie2856 Still waiting on those figures....

  • @CivitasUltraAporia Sorry to jump into convo, but I am a certified nutritionist and an "exchange" was determined by a rise in blood sugar levels at about 15 grams. For the confusion of telling someone eat a "serving of CHO" which could be any amount of CHO's (depending on what that company wants to put on label", they tested what significantly spikes blood glucose levels, and it is 15 grams. So instead of using "servings" we use "exchange" for clients/patients.

  • @CBasie2856 Give me molar concentrations of a normal range, and what would constitute a "spike", also in a molar concentration.

  • @CBasie2856 Still waiting for those figures

  • @CBasie2856 You would also realize that abstaining from sugar would only make it easier for your body to deal with it when you do consume it, especially if you are active. You would have exceptional sensitivity and low glycogen stores, and your body would gobble it right up with minimal insulin mediation.

I see people all the time who carb cycle and consume over 1000g of carbs in a single day and feel great while doing so, and have the best workout of the week the next day.

  • @CivitasUltraAporia

if you eat a diet of vegetables and meat, you would have normal sugar levels.

people drink pop(about 36 grams of sugar) all the time. Sure they feel great afterwords, but if they drink it too much over the years, its gonna take a major toll on you, I swear. I used to drink pop and all that, and when I started drinking it, I couldn't sleep anymore, I developed nasty nails, fungus, brain fog. The moment I stopped drinking that stuff, I slept better.

    Too many Carbs = bad

  • @CBasie2856 We aren't talking about pop, we are talking about an apple.

  • @CivitasUltraAporia

thing is, I am getting the feeling that you assume that if you eat a diet of mostly meats and vegetables, you would have low blood sugar levels. False, you would have normal sugar levels.

Any more sugar than that, you are going have higher sugar levels. Diabetes and most health problem are caused by sugar. Look at how much sugar in this country we eat! apple pies, coke, muffins, cake, fruits, vegetables, pasta, spaghetti, bread, chocolate.

    all sugar!!!!!!!!

  • @CBasie2856 No, not all, I said nothing to even infer that.

Also, you avoided my question concerning blood sugar levels and what you consider normal, low, and high.

  • 4 questions.... What is Canola? Really?, I recently became pescaterian any suggestions? Also I buy my milk from Earth fare (homestead creamery) is that Raw or organic? Also I love Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk is that good! Please reply

  • Do you soak and dehidrate your nuts? The Weston A Price Foundation is very into that.

  • how much is all this?

  • eat a god dam vegtable

  • @whatisthiscoconut make him hehehe

  • haha, What's happening!!! Great information, thanks!

  • YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, whats happening!! :D.... jajajajja funny

  • so you put visine in your milk?

  • @rast123456789 stevia its a sweet herb look it up its pretty neat :P its good alone in my opinion but i dont notice it in coffee my mom hated it because she didnt taste it in her coffee so i didnt get to test it on any other things she threw it out

  • @WESSLYJ i know what stevia is lol i was just kidding

  • @rast123456789 lol sorry some people i know would actually think that and even try them selves if i didnt tell them not to

  • Way to go,I'm definitely going to whole foods and buy some of the foods you have brought thanks for the video

  • whhhhhhhhhhhhhhat is going on

  • we just get all this as the norm l in english corner shops

  • dude--- i am vegetarian!!

so whats left for me, milk, olive oil, and mushrooms....... u should do one video for vege ppl too

  • That's a lot of meat. Ha ha. I was told that apples and bananas were among the least nutritious fruits out there.

  • beef....... bacon. thats fucked up. raw milk will fuck you up

  • hey is the drink " Naked" any good? or is that the worst drink to drink?

  • what is your view on weigh protein? is it ok to take that when someone is trying to gain muscle mass, also what do you think about "butters" such as "i cant believe its not butter" or "smart balance"

  • Where can you by good raw milk?

  • @911nomad raw milk land

  • @911nomad I'm quite sure it's regional. I have not been able to find it. The only time I've had it was when I visited my great aunt's dairy farm. Best milk in the world, I swear on my child's future, lol.

  • bananas are extremely high in sugar.

  • He gives good advice but on the other hand, how many of you watching this video can afford to stock your fridge with organic food 24/7? Health food is usually 50-100% more expensive than the foods at supermarkets..especially if you're getting it delivered to your door. to feed a family that way you're talking $250+ a WEEK, as the guy in the video says, that's not happening. Would be nice to see some advice involving AFFORDABLE healthy food.

  • @ruin3r I agree!!! Im trying to get on this healthy life style tip, but I can't afford to shop at Whole Foods for all of my groceries!!! Im trying to do the best I can being a singlt mom of one. I shop at WalMart, Kroger...etc, I don't eat a lot of fried foods or red meat. Im just trying to do things a bit healthier for me and my daughter.

  • I can testify that free-range eggs do taste far better than caged eggs. The yolk is also slightly darker, more of an orange than yellow.

But the taste difference is very obvious.

So if you haven't tried them or are skeptical, at least give them a try and you'll see what I mean.

  • I subscribed

  • Curious:

I once read that powdered eggs and milk were bad, so I've always avoided both every time I see it on a food label. I read that in England during WWII the gov't pushed powders and kids got sick. Could you tell me why you use egg white powder? Especially because you need the fats in the yolk to digest and use the proteins in the whites.

    Love the videos~!

  • I thought you should eat fruit on an empty stomach, cause the fruit can cause an upset.

  • @cosycorner125 you can mix it with nuts and seeds, cashews (as Sean was doing), walnuts, pumpkin seeds....

  • Awesome! thanks for the tips!!

  • excellent vid.

  • I end up doing 20/80 because I can't

    keep my shit together.

  • I do 80/20 about 80% of the time.

  • I have a feeling its more like 70/30 with this guy :)
