@tiatdivad hi, just wanted to know what tonic herbs you used for anxiety and depression. i've had both for a long time and just started to snap out of it but would like herbs that support my mood (i've taken reishi/ho shou wu but from someone else..not r. teeguarden). thanks in advance
I think Wolfe is doing an outstanding job, I am very greatful to have gotten into his work. These raw experts are not mutually exclusive.. I love Wolfe's information and I love Doug Grahams approach too, each has different pieces of the puzzle to contribute. Its not a competition about who's right and who's wrong.
Maybe he's unfortunate to have poor genetic wealth. Who knows. I believe genetic wealth explains the inverse of people who trash their bodies but live beyond their peers.
I have met Ron Teeguarden on many occasions and can tell you he is a PILLAR of vitality and health. He is a powerhouse of a man who definitely walks his talk.
It depends on what you definition of "looking healthy" is, really. Everybody is different, some people just glow in their own way (even if they eat like total crap) which some may look more "groggy". I know many people who are very happy, healthy and strong, but doesn't really look it. Isn't Ron rather old as well?
Does Ron actually look super-healthy and young for his age? His skin, hair and perhaps weight don't look particularly outstanding - as one would maybe expect a master herbalist's to be.
yes that is what i also was thinking... maybe he has the knowledge but doesn't walk his talk... ? So many people do not walk their talk... if they al truly would than there would be a much better world than today.
I see so many 'friends' who say they al buy organic but when you come to their homes you see a lot of other foods :/
Thank you!

And yes, Ron is close to seventy years old and can run circles around people twice his age......

@mrblue37 I think you mean half his age. Running circles around people twice your age wouldn't be impressive :)
