  • We used to go up from Pengegon side. Remember sliding rock near the castle and the one near the monument we used to call dodgem rock. Used to pee in it and watch the streams pour out of the lip. We were wild then. (late 1950's)

  • carn is a word common across all the Celtic languages. I too have willed that my ashes be scattered from there as have generations of my predecessors.
