We must throw this Government out all these professionals should be charges with wilful endangerment of children, the family courts should immediatly be stripped of their anonymity and proper accountability procedures should be put in place,
Lord Faulkner you are a disgrace to the juidicial system, you are subjecting hundreds of children to emotional and phyisical abuse by your wilfully stupid denial of problems, men like you create these problems.

As a country we have to make this political.
If we can't challenge CAFCASS/Social Services/Police directly - then we have to vote out any government/MP that offers them protection.
All family cases should be tried in open court. The secrecy is currently misused by experts and social services.

Sad thing is familes in society do not think this could happen to their family. when it dawns on the general public ,just what has been going on it is too late they have stolen your child , and no-one will believe you .The Miuti Agency do get it wrong and then COVER UP . The poor children stolen for adoption !!!

So what happened to "Social Worker X"? Has he/she been prosecuted and imprisoned for unprofessional (and possibly illegal) behaviour? Most likely, NOTHING!
WELL DONE JUSTICE HEDLEY... Trouble is, the courts are fiefdoms of individual judges. They are above the law! There are very few enlightened judges who care for independent scrutiny. No wonder. Deep down they know it is wrong and they are too ashamed.
