I think my favorite game out of the Super Smash Bros. Games would be Melee. I was hooked on that game for 3 years straight. The music was sick and the game had so many cool modes. = )

Brawl was okay and the music was good but for some reason, I don't like it as much as Melee. And I probably will get a lot of thumbs down for this but I think the special move special in Brawl was cheap. Takes much more skill to KO with normal attacks then the special ball. My opinion anyway lol = D

This was one of my favorite themes from Melee. I was sorely disappointed they didn't have it in Brawl. Multi Man Melee 1 was included (with the 1 attached still), it would be logical to bring 2 as well. Why include the 1 if there wasn't a second version? Not to mention Multi Man Melee 1 was of lesser quality imo and had less prominence than Multi Man Melee 2 (which was the theme for The Showdown).

For the next Smash Bros., hopefully this song is not forgotten and is brought back.

Believe it or not, this song is actually the final boss theme for this game! It plays on event 51 when the player fights Giga Bowser, Ganondorf and Mewtwo in the final battle!

My God, I still play the game just as much as I did when I first bought it on it's American release date. If not, I play it MORE than what I did when I first got it.

In my opinion, this game is far superior when compared to Brawl. Melee had amazing graphics for it's time, amazing music, and it's just so amazing!

Brawl's graphics are excellent, but why is the music all techno? Melee's music had it perfectly. It sets the example of good instrumental work.

i simply agree with you.... melee is much greater than brawl in gameplay and music, event match mode and target test were also better.... melee gameplay was based on true skill and not in simple things like chaingrabs and such like it is in brawl and, this game is just an unforgettable masterpiece...

True, that theme is in the game, but on Final Destination, under the name "Opening (Super Smash Bros. Melee)", plays what is pretty much a remix of Multi-Man Melee 2.

You can argue that that theme is a remixed version of the Melee's opening theme and not this one, but when you listen to them, it sounds much closer to this remix than it does the original theme used for Melee's opening. So, I'd say that it could count as a remix of a remix and a remix of the original theme.

Now there's a music replacement code for Brawl? Fuck yes! Now all I need is a way to insert Targets into custom stages so that I may play Target Test stages like the ones that were in Melee (I'd even go as far as to create 5 different difficulty levels for each character), a way to insert said stages into Classic Mode, and a way to randomize the order characters appear in Classic and All-Star Mode.
