i think long killcams (45-50 seconds) are caused because of an unlocalised kill. In other words, if you get damaged by airsupport and then commit suicide (fall off a building or semtex yourself), the server does not know what to give the kill to (the airsupport or the actual player), and resolves this by giving a long killcam).
