@MartinSawyer Just a bit of practice. Turn during the springboard animation so you jump into the pillar and you should land on the light there. That will allow you to do a wallclimb-turn-jump so you can grab the railing above you. It's pretty hard at first but gets a lot easier the more you do it.

@Citroman2010 That's a known glitch that only happen on a pirated version of the game. If you want to be able to go past there you'll have to buy the game. It's actually less of a glitch and more of an anti piracy measure by DICE.

Interesting glitch I found...

I managed to run through an entire time trial in slow motion. The trick is to pause\restart the run just as you enter the finish point. The game enters slow motion at that point and seemingly it didn't turn it off again for the next run.

Is this a known glitch or have I opened pandora's box?

@piip4 That's a pretty little known glitch, it has been found though. People just don't talk about it because it's kind of like cheating. Slow motion makes the run easier. Most of the Mirror's Edge community doesn't want people to exploit that.

Of course, people can use it if they want, they just shouldn't go get any online world records with it.

Hmm frankly I found it a lot more difficult for some reason. The timing became so unnatural and it got old really fast when you had to spend 2 (live) minutes getting across a building. When you make a mistake, you're treated to watching the repercussions in slow motion. I think it's better attempting 4 tries in the time slot of 1. And I really understand that point about abusing it. That goes without saying, I would like to think so at least.
