@Bullitthiphop Kind of a late reply but here's how to input it:

With Q in the left side of the corner(and against the wall):

HK C&DB (hold Left) -> right, left + HP -> (Tap and hold right the moment the Dash Punch connects) -> Left+HP

The key is to keep charging Left when Q does the first Dash Punch, then tap and hold Right when it connects and the opponent flies the other way. Treat the first charge like you would do Tackle-Tackle-Headbutt. It's a really hard juggle, but very damaging.

SF3 is just difficult to describe. It is really just a gem, which is why it has such a cult fanbase. It has quite possibly the best animations ever done in a 2D fighter, incredible music, and to me represents what Street Fighter's should really be. The graphics are timeless, they never look dated.

The only sad thing is the game being so fragmented as far as balance. Almost half the cast is at a disadvantage against high tiers. I wish SF5 would use 3S graphics with SSF4's balance or better.

thats very easy to react. you jump up and when you land, you see a move coming and you forward parry.
