I suppose this could be made with ground chicken as well? I don't fancy any other ground meat. :( But got a craving for meatloat lately and the funny thing is, I never ate it. Strange but good. I'm getting out of my comfort zone. Your family is so lovable. What's with dad and the egg shells. I can't find any logical explanation for that one. hehe

I like to substitute buffalo meat for beef, when I make meatloaf.

It's a lot healthier, and I think that it tastes a lot better, too.

Super lean ground beef has no flavor, and a large amount of the fat in the meat is rendered out during roasting. it collects in the pan. thx, eri c

Great video Eric. Meatloaf is one of the great things in life. One of my fondest memories of my grandmother is her meatloaf. She made it for me whenever I came to see her.

heh, i was lucky whenever my granny never made any food when i went to visit her. I remenber one time she made chicken pot pie (well pre heated it from the freezer) and the center was still frozen. That was just gross.
