Captiva is my absolute most favorite place on Earth. The sunsets can only be described as breathtaking. RC Otter's is my most favorite restaurant anywhere. My wife and I are taking our baby girl in October 2011 and can't wait to get there!
My wife and I were married on the beach, and had a whole coconut cake from the bubble room for our wedding cake! Beach houses are very reasonable and the beaches are beautiful, shells everywhere, the sunset grill is great for a romantic dinner, can't say enough about this beautiful island!
LOVE IT !!! I just went for the first time in July/2010 and Captiva was great very peaceful, I want to go again soon . we stayed at the South Seas resort .
I love captiva! this is a great video thanks for reminding me of the warm weather during the middle of winter and I was there last april and I didnt get any take out deserts either!
Too bad that this channel died. I liked the vacation info. But all the political government stuff was very poor.

My wife's sold on Sanibel, but Captiva is my adopted home! We're going back in April, and hopefully retiring there in 27 years!

yeah they didnt i was there too i wasnt very dissapointed because i had eaten too much alrealy lol but the food was good and gthe cakes were awesome
