I don't know of anyway that you can track a phone, without installing some sort of software on the device. Sounds like you want to track your phone using PFM.

The application is not still tracking your phone...the website will always show your last location. If you want that to be deleted you must unregister. Thanks for using MyPhoneLocator.

Its very easy to register. You click on the register button. Then fill in the fields. Download the the mobile app. Turn it on. Start tracking. I couldn't have made it any easier.
