I have never seen anyone pose as bad as Orndorf just did. He actually did a crab pose while facing the curtain. WTF Paul?Just some meathead. He looks like he was competing in the "Mr Neighborhood" contest( which he lost).

Atlas was certainly better developed than Orndorf but compared to top body builders he just doesn't cut it.

Orndorff was blown out of the water here.
However, it is clear that Atlas focused more on his upper body than lower during his training. Legs is where all the power comes from.
