I am disturbed by the fact that a phone review doesn't show any _phone_ function. I am a long time WinMo fan, dating back to the first iPaq. But despite the relatively good review of WP7, I am hesitant to update, cause no where have I been able to guage how it performs as a PHONE! How about the dial screen, address book, something! I even tried the SDK (I am a programmer) and still couldn't see the dialpad. "Phone" is Windows Phone 7's middle name, what's wrong with you all.
@electricgerm You know you're right. I think most people nowadays see the phone as as a second part as texting, facebook and internet connectivity along with music/video seem to be the major concern. I will do a comparison tonight of different phone dial interfaces and how they work.
Great review , I've been looking forward to this. So with win 7, android and iPhone which one do you really prefer ? iPhone for me but that win 7 has got me looking over the fence lol
@richxps WP7 is a close second to iPhone in my opinion. So for me it is iPhone, WP7, then Android. Keep in mind that works for me as I base that off listening to podcasts and music and then the rest. However for those who have a different workflow it could be a different order.
@MegaHightechredneck You have to give it a bit of pressure and hold it for a second or two for it to work. The only time I have had an issue with it is when using it in a dock.
@zollotech OK witch of the two would you take and i just want android smartphone and would like 4g because i want to keep this phone for the full 2 years without a replacement so i need it to be a durable and not break on first drop
"Sorry about the white balance, its a bit white"... *facepalm

@richxps It would be great if you learn how to use correct grammar and punctuation right before you put up a comment.
