Our team: double minor for a double minor for a spear, and a 2 minute rough.

The problem here is that you can't tough a goalie in any way/shape/form without getting a penalty, but the moment the goalie throws a hit on a player, everything is fine and dandy. What are players supposed to do in that situation? Just take it? At least when players are hitting other players, you can hit them back, but not at all in this case.
