@2220Blues, Why would you be restoring a hardly davisin? If anything, you should be taking it to a junk yard where all of those hardlys belong. Like I said, I can never digure out that american culture. You know what? Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha now build smooth 4-cylinder engines, and these motorcycles are actually reliable.
I have to agree with "1948tc" they do take a little long to stabilize the idle, I don't think it sounds remotely close to a harley, it never will. Harleys have a signature sound, its much low tone and aggressive. I can't stand people who put loyd exhaust thinking their going to sound like a harley, its never going to happen, however if you get a two into one with good baffles, than it would sound half way decent. Harleys don't have that back sound when your revving. But the fury looks good
I SAW THE VIDEO AND IT TAKES A LITTLE WHILE BEFORE THE ENGINE WARMS UP FOR IT TO IDLE CORRECTLY , SEEMS IT NEED A CHOKE OR THE IDLE ON THE FUEL INJECTION IS SET WRONG !
if you own this bike you should check out LOWANDMEAN's website they have the best aftermarket air systems, speedometer faces, front and rear fenders and lights, and the only lowering kit on the market check it out.
Cobra exhaust rocks!!!!!!! I have the speedster slashdown, people always ask me what kind of bike I have, and their mouths drop when I say its a Yamaha.
We are currently on our fifth production run of these pipes. The distributors' orders were far outstripped by the demand. Make certain your dealer has them on order for you so you get in on the next production run. Shouldn't take that long to get them if you dealer had put them on order in July.

Why is the gay man over-revving his Honda Fury? Is that how he calls his american boyfriend for a ride? I can never figure out that american culture.

The sound isn't impressive enough.......my Virago 250 can perform better.....

I'd rather buy a harley. They are heavier, much slower, costlier, and their riders are a bit gay in the back side...it's the leather thing I guess.

I was out riding my fury and started to think about if I rolled up next to a REAL chopper, how much of a poser I would feel like.

Honda makes great bikes, but I wish they would grow some balls and put a 250 rear and better rims on a few of their models.

I agree, the first major change to my fury is going to be the 250 wide tire kit from Sumo-X... sucks it around 2K though just for the kit.
JayandJenn07 2 years ago
fat rear is getting out of style. Bobbers and skinny choppers are rising up their heads very heavily.

That is a pretty sexy bike. Could use better rims though.
