  • Between Hodges and Beaver Hill is a pretty harsh incline too.

  • There is nothing more beautiful than a train winding it's way out in the middle of nowhere in God's country!!

  • Long live the Warbonnet!

  • I was so tempted to go there i live in Redvers Saskatchewan and we go down to minot a few times a year to shop and for me to railfan at the diamond. Now minot is a busy spot the station agent told me that there is anywhere from 30-50 trains a day.

  • i'd go to minot just to watch those B-52s :)

  • Ah, my home state! I always loved being along the former NP "Mainstreet of the Northwest" Main...BNSF puts on a good show, from what I remember. How's train frequency on the line these days? Great video.

  • Thanks for the comment...sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. This line sees about 25-35 trains a day, not including the helper locomotives that usually detach from eastbounds at Fryburg and go back to Glendive.
