  • ok ahmad i need help bad ive had alooot of stress with college which is causing me to have lesss time with exercise igained 7 pounds in a month n i need help in losing the extras weight bad..

  • Wow Diana thank you for those words... How is everything going on your end? Are things becoming easier? If so, lets increase the intensity..should always be a challenge unless you are having an off day...other than that lets keep working out smart!~ahmad

  • I go for a 5 mile run everyday as part of routine, do you think thats a decent distance? Also great vid and music.

  • Hell yeah thats enough :) As long as your heart rates above normal (10%) through out them 5 miles (which it most likely is - I t) you'll be shredding fat.
