Wow Diana thank you for those words... How is everything going on your end? Are things becoming easier? If so, lets increase the intensity..should always be a challenge unless you are having an off day...other than that lets keep working out smart!~ahmad
Hell yeah thats enough :) As long as your heart rates above normal (10%) through out them 5 miles (which it most likely is - I t) you'll be shredding fat.
You looked right at home in Central Park...looked like a gorgeous day too!! How long did you run? Thanks for taking time to make the clip. Will incorporate what I can do into my routine. Your the best....thanks again,

I go for a 5 mile run everyday as part of routine, do you think thats a decent distance? Also great vid and music.
