  • Oh, no, I liked this parody (yes, I'm a stupid Spanish!) but you said flamenco... And soccer, and BULLS!! I hate all of them :( but I like paella and the beach hahaha) Oh, The Inquisition, LOL, it's embarrassing...

    SPAIN IS A SHIT!

But US a bigger one :)

  • por qué lo unico que se ve fuera de españa son toros, paella, flamenco, playa y futbol? / why the only thing that looks out of spain is bullfighting, paella, flamenco, beach and soccer? :(

  • @ThDubya caanadas anthem is very funny i also live in canada!

  • The real Spanish anthem actually has no words

  • @Inkyminkyzizwoz orly?
  • @brettsworld99 Those words were never officially declared

  • This is another one of the better, more creative ones. I love the Israeli, the Russian, the Irish, and the Swiss! =)

  • Beaches and galleons if you come to Madrid? There's something wrong here, i don't know what...

  • Русские глупы. Кроме того, они много пьют. Lol, I just used Google Translate to say that :)

  • Hey, I'm the 6600th view of this video, hooray for me! Viva la Madre Espana, for they triumphed in the seas and the world when it comes to exploration and in restaurants when it comes to food (paella and tapas all the way)! Out of all the colonies they conquered, they made the Philippines highly blended between local and Hispanic cultures; if it weren't for the Spanish then that country would've been Muslim or even Japanese instead. Again, viva la Madre Espana!

  • @Discosaturn im filipino, you guys sat on us for 300 plus years, but thats all past, and i dont think we'd be muslim if you guys didnt even conquered us i think we'll still believe in celestial gods like "Bathala". wars and rebellion between spain and my country is all past. I thank spaniards for the food influece they taught and we adapted to our culture though hehe. Viva Espana!

  • LOL, good Franco joke XD

  • Let's celebrate the surrender of ETA :D. The decades long conflict has ended. A true revolution for all the world to see.

  • The Spanish Empire and the great nof Spain, for history, important and greatness not worth, this anfair treatment.

    It is a shame¡

    Sing about your country...

  • @Fresi99 you have the reason, this parody only criticism Spain and its culture and in other parodies the author talks about bad and good things of a country, but in this parody of spanish anthem onliy critics for Spain the author must hate Spain and Spanish people.. i think!

  • @pipeblue7 He hates Spanish culture. Even though I'm sorry, ThDubya, for getting pissed off at this video a few months ago.

  • Can you do a parody of the Portuguese anthem?

  • I didn't expect The Inquisition...

  • yeah theres an irish flag in it Tíochaidh ar lá Free Basque and Catalyounia

  • >valencia

    >wants so be a separate nation

    what

  • if pause at 1:04 the girl protesters are top less

  • Por que no usais vuestro puto himno de mierda y dejais el español extranjeros de mierda

  • @Lendinex chill out. This one is actually quite complimentary in comparisson to his other parodies.... you can tell he likes Spain

  • The Spanish Government should have made this the official lyrics of La Marcha Real instead of having that big contest back in 2008.

  • NOBODY EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION!

  • Thdubya, are you sure you are not american?

Why you mention the US in all your anthems?

And make emphasis in the defeats on war in every country?

  • @mexicanpowerboy I'm pretty sure, although I have never seen my birth certificate. I might have been born in the US, but as far as I know, I am now a Norwegian citizen only, and I have only one passport. I'll investigate it further, but I can say that I'm more than 99% certain that I am, and always has been, fully Norwegian.

I wouldn't really say that I reference the US in ALL my anthems, but I agree that I focus more on them than the average European person would.

I like the US and history.

  • @ThDubya I want to invite you to think about another factors in the history of the nations, for example the war is an important factor but its very sad and pretty cruel.Forget me for say ALL your anthems have references to US,but its obvious the global importance of this country. In my particular case,i dont like the Mexico's anthem because the mention of the problems of my country...its very sad view a dead man in the street only for the interest of the cartels,i have lived that experience :(

  • @ThDubya and all this time i thought you were an Aussie since the australian anthem is the best :)

  • @ThDubya anyway, your accent is not american

  • @ThDubya Jeg vil si at du ikke har behandlet den tyske nasjonalsangen spesielt vennlig. Spesielt siden folk hadde støttet den nazistiske ideologi i Norge med begge hender!

  • @DietrichBrauer1 Hva behager? в Вашем профиле она говорит, что вы из России, aber Sie schreiben die meisten Ihrer Kommentare in Deutsch, and suddenly you write a comment in Norwegian. I suspect that the latter was a good ol' Google Translate, since it was a little weird but are you an German living in Russia or what?

  • @DietrichBrauer1 No, it was pretty good, although I have never heard the expression "med begge hender". My German is very poor, so please keep the conversation in Norwegian or English.

  • @ThDubya hvor i norge bor du?

  • @mexicanpowerboy talves sea un gay

  • LONG LIVE KINDOM OF SPAIN ¡¡

    LIVE SPAIN ¡¡

THIS KINDOM IS A GREAT NATION OF WORLD ¡¡

long live juan carlos king of spain

  • @elimperialista51

    VIVA AMERICA!

    VIVA LA SEGUNDA REPUBLICA!

    VIVA LA LIBERTAD

    ABAJO JUAN CARLOS!

  • @jemmytaveras sembra che i sogni repubblicani spagnoli si siano infranti nelle rencenti elezioni...

  • @Antralian

    Si :(

  • In your same logic, you shouldn't eat anything, for it was once part of a living organism.

  • @fedelede2 chill dude, it's only a joke.

  • @nemesis962074 Such a one-sided criticism of my culture can annoy me very quickly, as you know.

  • @fedelede2 Yes I know, but you should learn to appreciate comedy, why get mad over a joke? it was meant for laughs, when I heard the parody the did on the Mexican national anthem I was laughing, it was a good joke, anyways everyone knows that Spaniards and Hispanics are not like that, I hope...

  • @Obasiliasfilosofos well... Since my parents know a lot about tauromachia and I've read a few books about the subject, I know that's a myth, at least here in Hispanic America. The costume is not clownish, it is traditional and, in my opinion, beautiful.

  • Que viva España!

  • You have to do the New Zealand anthem, God Defend New Zealand. Also, since you are doing former countries, could you also maybe try the anthem of East Germany?

  • just waiting for your new anthem parody, i love your work!!

  • O Flower of Scotland please :)

  • @LinguettaFilms I'm working on the Lied right now. I think it will be out this weekend. Singapore is less likely, but I'll consider it.

  • @ThDubya I just hope your next video does not get blocked in Germany.

  • Most of your anthems are hilarious, but I've found this one and the Internationale pretty insulting.

For this one, you seriously have no idea what bullfighting is. Seriously. I don't like bullfighting myself, but it's a cultural tradition hundreds of years old that has more importance than just killing bulls. And it's not one-sided. Ever heard of Manolete? He DIED in bullfighting. Those who practice bullfighting are risking their lives in an art.

  • @fedelede2 (Continuation)

In the same way I can criticize Norway for burning houses on Midsummer's Day, or for dressing as bulls in Christmas.

  • @fedelede2 Also, the fucking bull would have died anyway as meat. Why not use it as a cultural opportunity? =.='.

  • @fedelede2 And the goddamn Inquisition has been over for 300 YEARS.

  • @fedelede2 By that logic, one might just as well put some terminally ill patients from the hospital into the ring and stab them to death in front of the crowd, since they, too, are about to die soon? What good to they do us just passing away peacefully in the hospital bed?

  • @ThDubya You do realize there's a difference between a human being and a bull, don't ya? If you don't, you should go eat grass or something instead of flaming HIspanic culture in the internet.

  • @fedelede2 what he means is that both are living creatures and should have the same right to live.

  • @fedelede2

It goes back thousands of years, On the Greek island of Crete the battle of the bull was a religious rite as the animal was considered holy by the Cretans & unlike the fagot matadors the bull was given a fair fighting chance in the arena, As the modern Spanish & Mexican bullfights throw grease on the animals eyes pretty much almost blinding them and the matador where bright colors since its all the bull can makeout with his impaired vision.

  • @Obasiliasfilosofos ... You do know the bovine kind is goddamn COLORBLIND, therefore the bright colors have nothing to do?

Also, it seems you know NOTHING about Hispanic culture. I've never in my life seen a matcb in which the bull's eyes are greased.

  • @Obasiliasfilosofos The grease myth is something created by you Gringos in order to make our culture look inferior to your own.

  • @fedelede2

Greasing the eye balls is no myth, Although to be fair some hardcore professional matadors do fight against un-greased bulls, I wouldn't be picking on Matadors if they didn't ware those damn clownish costumes.

I never said your culture was inferior, Since at-least your keeping the art of Tauromachia alive ...

  • And also do one for Libya XD

  • PHILIPPINES! But take note some Pinoys are offended even to a small joke about our country.

  • Have you thought about Serbia or Czech Republic?

  • Comment removed

  • @thdubya Since Napoleon was mentioned here and not in the French parody, I guess it would be fun to make a parody of the French imperial anthem Chant du Départ, or the revolutionary song Ça Ira wich are very inspiring. It obviously wouldn't be a priority for you, but the napoleonic wars and the Revolution are full of fresh material for a parody.

  • @papaicastor Thanks. I'll look into it. No promises, though.

  • Yet another job extremely well done and very entertaining !!! Thanks for composing and posting !!

  • come on @Thdubya i always waiting you to make indonesian because we hate malaysian, we have so many prisoner who travels around the world after being caught in case of their corrupt and so on

    Or even New Zealand!

    ps. wonderful vids; I subsribe!

  • @ThDubya I have a few ideas for the Brazilian anthem parody. Would you like me to PM them to you?

  • @kochkochkoch Yes. If I like them a lot, you will be credited. Remember that potential joke points are what I'm most interested in. Not dry facts and nationalism.

  • @ThDubya Oh i got some Potential Jokes about Egypt

  • @ThDubya do the anthem of the philipines

  • @ThDubya Thanks for this video man. A parody of every popular country in the world is awesome lol. Brazil, samba, futebol and coffee lol, greetings, great job!

  • Democratic Kampuchea next... please.

  • There aren't any beaches in Madrid...

  • @StuartTheLPnoob I would assume that there are some beach-like formations around the lake in Casa de Campo.

  • Comment removed

  • @scoobyrds *head-desk* I said Madrid, not the whole of Spain.

  • Iceland or Finland NeXT!!!

  • @gabberulf He already did Finland, and nobody gives a feck about that iceberg in the Arctic Sea

  • @BloodofSpartan What? when? where??

  • @BloodofSpartans I did not, I'm sorry to say. Finland will not be made next, but with good probability some time this year.

  • @ThDubya Scandinavian confusion strikes again. But c'mon, how different is Sweden from Finland from Norway from Denmark?

  • @BloodofSpartans hahahahhaa

  • @BloodofSpartans No he did not do Finland yet actually.

  • Have you done Finland or Iceland? Those might be funny. You could make fun of their crazy languages that no one else in the Nordic countries can understand. I'm not from either one of those countries, but I know you're from Norway so I thought you might be able to come up with something for those.

  • THdubya, are you still interested in writing a anthem for the Philippines, I happen to got a good inspiration from you.

Should you make it or could I just make mine.

  • @isshoni123 Thanks for the offer, but I'm sorry to say that I will probably not make it this year. If you make it yourself, make sure to put it as a video response to one of my videos if you want to.

  • @isshoni123 I'm looking forward to a really good parody when you make one, so be sure to mention Pacquiao and the First Lady with a thousand shoes in there.

  • Personally, I loved Spain. I would love to go there again.

  • @xtreme1002003 real also means royal

  • @Emigdiosback @xtreme1002003 real is the spanish form of royal

  • do one for egypt please !!!!

  • Only a single line about the Spanish inquisition? Seriously? Come on... And what about the crisis? Good nonetheless.

  • @timfidotru Hard to make it more when the song isn't really that long. Regarding the crisis, I strive to keep the songs as timeless as possible (to a point) and avoid current events and news stories.

  • The Inquistion, what a show The Inquistion, here we go We know you're wishing That we'd go away But the Inquistion's here and it's here to stay !
