Mas é isso mesmo, foi composta pelo grupo e por Mariah. Eles, em homenagem ao produtor (acho q era produtor e/ou amigo) da banda e a Mariah, se não me engano, para um guitarrista dela. É uma música em homenagem a que já se foi sim. Inclusive Mariah tem outras com a mesma temática, "Bye Bye" é uma delas. Você conhece?
