this would be great to make this a reality in the U.S. going from New York to L.A. traveling at the speed of 350MPH nonstop, then you can get there between 6-7 hours

That train was out of place in the series. It was supposed to be the future but it was set in modern times. THey should have set it in the future with space travel ,cell phone ,latops ,etc

I read that too. It was quite an ad for Model Railroader.

Some company could make one to run on large scale track but in HO or N.

Hopefully, the buyer/collector has taken REALLY good care of it...maybe given it to a museum later? Just a thought. ^_^

What is the super train?

It's a futuristic looking passenger train and for the TV show, models of the train were consturcted by Jack Sessums, who performed some of the greatest minature train crashes (i.e: "Tough Guys" and "under Siege 2").
