Technically, Mana wasn't really in the band. However, he did feature as a guest guitarist in one performance. I'm guessing the same would apply with Miyavi, but i can't be sure. Just id clear up your confusion.

I know this reply is a bit late... but just to clear it up... Miyavi did some of the back-up vocals for the band. I also know that Mana had influenced Kai's music taste (who created Art Marju). But Mana also played guitar for some of the lives.
