I only recently discovered Jacky Jack, and Gary P. Nunn, and Ray Wylie Hubbard .. I've missed a lot by not knowing them .. but am catching up. Ray has to be one of the most UNIQUE singers and song writers on earth .. He's a little bit crazy, a whole lot talented, and seems to be just a wonderful guy. As they all settle down in Mature Land ... God bless them and love 'em always!

I lived in Texas b4 moving to CA in early 78'. I was a 7-9 yr old kid, but Texas had a lasting impression. Mostly good positive people with a lot of pride. Football, and sports in general are huge there. It was a big let down to see the Cowboys get crushed on the last night of the stadium, with all the old kick-ass players there. Southern CA is a great place to live, but Texas is more "REAL".
