HI THERE IS A ILAND JUST PASSED THE LAST bridge in the hudson river out by S.I what is the name of that island i used to go there with my friends by boat there is a swining pool there in ground that was in about 1955. there were no trespassing signs all around it.what was it used for i think it was used during the war? thanks
i use to party there all the time in early eighties and yes there was alot of old equipment there bed pans iv holders and bags tohs of gurnies old desks and phones the morg was to the left of the hospital it was a seperate building plus theres a secret tunnel that connects roosevelt with manhattan some rely goodtimes there in my youth never will forget it
My brother and some friends snuck in there in the early 90's and said there was a clean morgue in the basement with dead bodies laying around. They quickly ran out as soon as they heard a person approaching. Some real ish.
I went in there when I was a kid and it was scary. We would rap paper and rags around wood and light it and pretend we were explorers. A friend of mine fell through the floor and is lucky to be alive. It was over grown with weeds and trees because it hadn't been used in decaedes. This was late 70's early 80's
I grew up in Manhattan and everytime we drove along the East River Drive my father would talk of how Typhoid Mary was housed there. The building is really beautiful...
It belonged to the kids before they opened part the south part of the Island. When I was 10 or so they hadn't cleaned it out yet and I heard rumors of all kinds of old medical equiptment still in there
@paigesweeney1 to be honest..its not that great...its just a hospital with a huge whole in it. cant even go IN the dam building >:T i went there recently lol trust me i wanted to explore it. its haunted...and sum CREEPY ass writing on there too. IDK if its still there or not but some crazy shit happend at that hospital Y_Y gates are gaurding the hospital with people who patrol the area :T just saying incase you get let down when you go there lol...
