wow, has ken levin never played half-life 2? he blatantly said that he has never seen a game where u can catch a grenade and throw it back at an enemy, yet that was one of the largest selling points of half-life 2, which isn't some unknown game at all. its considered one of the greatest PC games of all time. that was nooby as hell of you Ken, lol.

ya it was. they showed it in the main trailer for HL2 as one of the big selling points. i distinctly remember a scene where a combine soldier tosses a grenade at gordon while hes hiding behind a wall and he picks it up and fires it into the combine's face just before it explodes. also, reviewers constantly kept obsessing over the G-Gun's awesomeness and how it was one of the best aspects of HL2, because of many reasons, including the grenade tossing ability.
I just bought it today and So far its really great. The only thing I can really say that I dont like about it so far is that some plasmids take up to much eve and that when ur in a battle (with a BD for example) U use ur plasmid and have to take time away to give urself a shot of more eve and u have to do that every 2 sec when ur using it. Its a realy cool way to refill ur powers but they should tone down the amount it uses for the next game, that way u can really us the powers more effectively.
that plasmid that makes big daddy your friend for a while doesnt work i threw like 20 of those plasmid things on big daddy but he just kept shooting me

with the normal gravity gun (the orange one, the blue one you have it only once in Half-Life 2 (and Episode 1 I think) ) you can't take bodies, in BioShock, you can! :D
or u could use an exploding buck or napalm with the chemical launcher, couse i beat it without using incinerate at all, although i dont really know why...
The ice plasmid is called winter blast and it sucks while your playing the game because when you freeze someone then break them to a million pieces you don't get their loot unless its a key item. i prefer electricbolt!

Then you definatly do not know how far you can go with telekinesis.I suggest checking out my Telekinesis video because you can do ALOT more than throw burning bodies.Also,the difference between using incinerate and the burining body method is that telekinesis uses ALOT less Eve than the other plasmids do.
Ahh, the less amount of eve was a reason I thought could be plausible. I see now. I like that YOU get to choose how to play, and you aren't bound by one or two ways of playing. Thanks for clearing that up.
yea TK is an awsome plasmid if used right. You can pull goodies off shelves and across the room, you can snipe someone from above and pull the body up to loot it, and you can use it to throw oxygen tanks and such for way more damage than the inferno one.
It wasn't until close till the end of the game that I realized how awesome telekinesis is. As the enemies seem to get less vulnerable to bullets and other attacks they seem to go down pretty easily from having almost anything (especially a dead body) thrown into them.
@BoManBlink Realisticly, burning someone would be more effective than throwing a corpse at them. In bioshock, enemies don't panic that much when burnt and many will survive until it goes out on it's own.
It comes out on Tuesday,August 21st.I highly recommend this to be one of your first games.May I also suggest Gears of War and Rainbow Six Vegas,but first DEFINATLY get this.
this was 2007 when the game was made. so obviously he still changed some things with the game

its security beacon if your near a security camra and a splicer is there you can throw it at them and security bots will attack the splicer

I really liked the plasmids and I thought that Bioshock was a great game... but the way that developer talked about catching grenades and throwing them back, and how it hasn't been done before... I don't think he's played around with Half life 2 and the Gravity Gun.
