@D4isuk3D You must be new, so i'll give you the run down, Harvey Dent is Two-Face's real name. As for why he's not like Billy Dee Williams? well is simple because that is not the way Harvey Dent/Two-Face was written. This is his Golden Age look hence the scarred side is green.
