  • damn...

  • I think "Till I Hear You Sing" may be one of Andrew Lloyd Webber's most beautiful compositions. The sheer power of the Phantom's love and the emptiness Christine's absence has caused is beyond words. The way Ramin sings it...magnificent.

  • Once you listen to music from phantom you fall in love and when you listen to it from love never dies you fall in love all over again xxx :)

  • BEST PHANTOM EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Very Cool Sequel!

  • Pretty Cool!

  • OMG I just figured put that this is a sequel Need to see it!!!!!!

  • Yay!! Love Never Dies was INCREDIBLE!! I have to admit that Ramin and Sierra were my first live Phantom and Christine, and it was something special to see them in Love Never Dies in January, then see them in the original in October. Ramin and Sierra, your pairing will ALWAYS hold a special place in my appreciation of Phantom!! (As will JOJ and Sofia and Will Barrett, but that's another story... :) )

  • Does the phantom ever take his mask off in the sequel? He looks so different.

  • good

  • Great video! I love Phantom of the Opera!=)

  • 8 people hit the wrong thumbs button

  • Must please do explain. Okay... christine in the first movie kinda love both... Raol because it was her youth lover and gentle and all that and phantom because he was mysterious and was her angel. But in this LOVE NEVER DIES they talk has she had sex before getting married to raol. Still dont get it..she married a guy she did not love?? what happend after she went on the boat?

  • @InvaderZim18 But surely they couldn't have? Think of the Phantom's reaction to the kiss at the end of PotO, he was overwhelmed because he'd never experienced that kind of intimate contact before. If the two had had sex before then that wouldn't have happened.

  • Just saw this production today, and I AM IN LOVE WITH IT!!! Cannot get enough of the music, just come home from London this second, and the first thing I did was look up the name of the Phantom so I could hear his voice again! Gave me goose bumps.

  • I still hate the fact tht they killed off Christine at the end of POTO. I just hope if they do make a movie of it tht the bring back the origional cast!!!!

  • Oh my gosh -- ramin can really sing! A lot of people have their voices tweaked and tune to perfection but he really IS. Now - why are Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus super rich and totally famous?

  • I've seen both, but, in my opinion, Love Never Dies completely beats Phantom of the Opera's storyline AND music.

  • Oh Ramin Karimloo how you are so hott! forever shall your voice live. i love how he did so amazing in les miserables 25th anniversary concert.

  • It's like having a new-born sister to me -- I was born the same year the original Phantom of the Opera musical came out. I just don't understand why some people just don't appreciate LND. I haven't seen LND yet, but on listening to the CD and reading the libretto, I find parts of the story actually makes sense to some point, because there are certainly things we can hardly find out about the characters in the original Phantom of the Opera musical.

  • @HingYok finally someone makes some sense! I agree with you - I haven't yet seen LND but I love the music and I love the storyline. I was 4 when the original POTO came out. :o)

  • beuitfull

  • I love the phantom so much!!! I am so happy they made a sequel!!!! Phantom lover for ever!!!

  • After listening to this alot. I think Ramin sounds a little but like JOJ!

  • i love his voice <3

  • I feel like this could never do the original justice, but I would see it because I love POTO so much. Who knows, maybe it'll be ok.

  • @Torithemonster I haven't seen it (it isn't in the US yet ) but i get the impression that it ties up some loose ends left open from the original. The music is unbelivably amazing though. I suggest buying the CD.

  • @Torithemonster Having seen it 5 times, with the original then the changes its in a different area but still as good as the original if you like to know what happened to the characters ! Love POTO and LND !! VERY MUCH !

  • Although the story is pretty poor, the staging is a wonder to behold and the original cast among the best ever assembled. I was there for their fianl night together and they were brilliant.

I still think though that ALW should've made a prequel instead of a sequel. Phantom of Manhattan is a poor book and so the show has a poor story. Phantomby Susan Kay is a far better book ad would make a better show.

  • ramin first caught my heart when i heard him sing this... and that i've seen les mis @ 25 with him playing enjolras, i loved him even more! one of the best singers i've ever heard!

  • Best musical ever made!!

  • I wish Ramin and Sierra were together to do the first phantom together! those two are awesome!

  • Wonderful music Well done Andrew!

  • I just did a cover of this song on my profile. Grant it, I'm no Ramin Karimloo - but I do sing my heart out and I'd love it if my cover got some listens. So, stop by and check it out! Thanks in advance for any listens.

  • Thumbs up if you have always thought that Christine should have chose the Phantom instead of Raoul!

  • It is so sad how badly this show has mangled people's perceptions of the original. I used to respect Andrew Lloyd Webber.

  • Ramin Karimloo is wonderful (and I mean really wonderful) and the show is truly awesome! For those of you who haven't seen it : GO SEE IT NOW ! :D <3

  • Ramin Karimloo is absoultely astounding. By far my favorite male singer of all time. He and Sierra Boggess are wonderful together; Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman definitely have to run for their money.

As for Love Never Dies... Personally, I really like it. All right, REALLY REALLY like it. If they would just change the cliché, rushed, terrible (*continues ranting*) ending, however, I would LOVE it, and it would have a much better chance at getting onto Broadway.

  • ...I guess it never really occurred to me that it's actually a stage play with songs in...I had the same sort of shock when I actually went and saw Phantom (Hugh Panaro, by the way, it better than any other Phantom I've ever heard). But then you see something like this, and it becomes real people, really acting and singing and I think I might just start hyperventilating now.

  • It's like fanfiction on stage...

  • To go back to London and have the chance to see this again would make my day. Such a good show.

  • I would swim across the Atlantic Ocean just to see Ramin perform!!!!!

  • Enjoyed this show so much :)

  • I just finished reading the Libretto manuscript of Love never dies and I now have fallen in love with Phantom to the point of no return- Now we just have to wait for it to his the states

  • 4 big words!!! WANNA~ SEE~ SOO~ BADLY!!!!!

  • I watched this 2 weekends ago and must say that it's EPIC!!!! I LOVE IT!!! and Ramin was beyond fantastic as phantom!!!

  • I cannot wait to come see this!! I loved the Phantom! and i know i will love this too :)

  • @actorman5000 i agree!

  • R is very good as stage phantom!I like his voice and his accent! For sure, I would never "hang" myself, if ALW used someone with "rock" voice as in the movie! I love this movie(POTO 2004)!!!!

  • I would kill just to see Love Never Dies..

  • wait if erik hasn't seen christine in ten years why wouldnt the robot be what she looked like ten years ago??

  • @OiraMela YOU JUST MADE MY MIND EXPLODE WITH LOGIC xD

  • @OiraMela Oh, but it does! The hair on the automaton had, by the 1900's gone significantly out of fashion. The facial structure of course wouldn't change much, ten years doesn't change a grown adult too much, especially Christine, who does live a physically pampered life for most of those years, disregarding her and Raoul's recent issues.

  • I am dying to see this show!!! I am only 11 and live in the US so i cant see it in london. so i am very excited for it to come to nyc to bad Ramin and Sierra wont b there! thats not even the most obsessive part, i am saving up till i get around 2,000 dollars to get there,a hotel, and tickets. my mom could pay for the rest. that will take me like three years or so but its worth, i am one REALLY dedicated phan!!!

  • This muscial was damn good. I really enjoyed it! Different from the original Phantom of the opera, but awesome on its own! I loved it! The music, singing, effects...!

  • @Lemontree23 i think the story is a little shaky at best but i love the music!!

  • I. Must. See. This. Good Lord...I MUST SEE THIS!!

  • amazing...simply amazing :,)

  • Was that live? OMG! He is just amazing! Love on Ramin.

  • I think I prefer the understudy. When i saw it Ramin was not there it was someone else, but i think he was just as good if not better.

  • Great singing, it's just not a good show.

  • I adored the original Phantom of the Opera musical, and although sequels usually can't beat the original, I'd say this is an exception. Wonderful orchestrations, lyrics, costumes, etc., everything about this musical is a hit. I can't stop listening to the soundtrack! Thank you, Andrew Lloyd Webber, for providing us with more brilliant music!

  • I love this musical! Ramin is an amazing Phantom, and people are only saying bad things about this musical because they are comparing it to the original Phantom Of The Opera. I must admit, the sequel is never as good as the original, and yet, this is a great musical, and I think it's not getting the appreciation or praise that it deserves. Good job, Andrew Lloyd Webber, you've created yet another great musical.

  • I've been listening to Andrew Lloyd Webbers work since I was 5 that's 38 years of music. I don't think I'm objective or even rational in regards to Love Never Dies. It is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for 38 years of sheer joy. There is so much going on in this show. It's a history of musical theatre from Puccini through Rogers and Hammerstein, the rock operas of the seventies.

  • pretty Music, But Not Phantom. and I know What Webber is doing shutting down the Supirior show to bring in his little piece that no one likes in the US. they will no doubt Say Get out of here. and demand or beloved Phantom back, the Real Phantom!

Just know Webber knows he will make alot of money of of the good or bad phan debate alone.

going to mute the Truth Moderator?

  • @thecopykidofthestarz You said "pretty Music, But Not Phantom." THAT IS BECAUSE IT IS NOT PHANTOM OF THE OPERA! This musical is seperate from POTO, and should be jusged as such. I think is an amazing follow-up to POTO, and it also ties up a lot of loose ends, as well as develps the characters in wonderful ways that you would not expect. Bravo

  • @twilightnephilim19 he sounds american when he sings, and even though erik (the phantom) is french, he should sing in an english accent to keep with michael crawford's performance of the character.

  • @brandnewyork48 Yeah but He's lived in america for ten years, he's going to pick up the accent

  • @Medusa0999 any english person i know that has lived in america for a while hasn't picked up the accent. only people weird people, like madonna, thinks that they can change their accent. it simply doesn't work for me.

  • @brandnewyork48 He's from Richmond Hill in Canada.

  • @1AdrianR can't he act and use an english accent though? i know the phantom is french but since Michael Crawford played the character with an English accent shouldn't all of his successors do the same? i'm not having a go at you at all, i'm just trying to undestand why he would be lazy with his accent.

  • @brandnewyork48 As long as the actor can sing, I don't care what accent he has. I so feared ALW would try to cast a "rock n roll" voice like the movie and I'd hang myself. At least there's hope here.

  • OMG i cnt wait til it comes to bway! That note at the end! Major chills!

  • Blah!! i hope it doesn't make it to broadway.

  • @JohannaPalacio001

it is going on broadway no matter what. anything ALW is going to broadway

  • I think Ramin's voice is incredible, but I've heard the score and sorry...it's just total schlock. ALW should hang it up. He's written out. Retire and be satisfied.

  • i saw the show a couple weeks ago. i think, despite what the critics say, it's a must see. there are spectacular special effects, the cast is wonderful,....if i lived in london, i would see it again and again. so definately if you can see it, now matter where you live, go see it.

  • the music seems pretty good when i read about this but i read the whole story on wikipedia not thinking it would give the ending away but then again the title kinda does but i would give it away. i have not decided if this would be one that i would see on broadway or not if uit ever makes it because there were some rumors that it wouldnt. keeping fingers crossed for andrew loyd webber that it is a success.

  • I kinda want to see this i read the whole thing on wikipedia and the music seems good but the story board is just not very interesting def the ending but not going to spoil it for you. I was suprised when i saw the cd track at best buy already, but i might see it just to see if it will turn out any good (keeping fingers crossed it will )

  • wow, I want to se this so much and I am going to England with my school next week, but we are only going to be in London for one day (maximum 6 h then) and I wasn't allowed to see this musical (or any musical) because we wouldn't have enough time according to them :(

    got so dissapointed.

  • Wow there's really nothing left of the glorious original is there?

  • @crysania4 there are hints of it, but nothing major.

  • This is not encouraging.

  • i wanna go see this so bad.but i cant go to London so ill see it on Broadway

  • i wanna go see this sooooo bad.but i cant go to london so ill see it on broadway

  • @icestarphantom it has to be way better in london. i mean SIERRA BOGGESS

  • Looks great.

  • amazing.

  • Wow!! Now I want to see the show live. What a teaser trailer, RUG! As always, the performance by Ramin is excellent as do the visuals look. I have to get to London to see this show!

  • Wow!
