As to casual gamers, I found this game was a good game to show to 'casual gamers'. Takes about 5 minutes to explain the combat system, and even if they completely suck, as long as they don't completely ignore your directions, they are quickly drawn in by their rapid ability to create HUGE ENERGY-AIR-KNOCKBACK COMBOS in true Marvel vs. Capcom style.

Of course, Smash Bros. is just as good for that, but that runs the risk of the person who's perfected it joining, less likely with this one =p

Guilty Gear X2 is extremely good. One of my favorites of all time. If you enjoy this game SashaNein, you'll love Guilty Gear. I'm not so big on the couple expansions to GGX2 but the original is badass.
