@invaderjay There is one, it's called "Copyright Infringement: the Ultimate Lawsuit". Unfortunately, it's not a very profitable move and most people in charge of the production do it more for the money that to make an awesome game. And when it does come out, it'll never be translated.
The Jump games were good, but a different style from the more 2D fighters. Mugen might be more your style, check it out.
Zoro vs Ryuuma was that interesting because Zoro only had 2 swords to use.
If you ignore that fact, there are two of his fights I personally consider better: Kaku and Mr. 1. Especially Mr. 1, if you consider him a swordsman (Literally swords-man). Shishi Sonson > All. :D

I agree with Afro being so high up on the list, that battle was awesome. But about number 1, though I agree the number one being kenshin, I thought that wasn't the best stand off. I would have also put the scene from Berserk where Guts fights Griffith in the snow, and they end the battle with one strike. But I respect your choices they were good ones.

there is a few reasons i tend to hate most mainstream stuff, but lets stick with the main few:
Characters: in the generic shonen (namely Naruto/Bleach/One Peice/Fairy Tail) any character that isnt part of the "main group" will always end up glorifying the main characters for (usually) some pointless reason, especially the 200+ ep ones.
Plot: again, the main offenders are the "big 3" the plot is generally dragged out for no real reason, with a lot of wangsting and "dark and edgy" crap thats really bland and in all honesty driven more by characters being emotionally weak for no real reason than anything else. Fillers are just fillers, even fans (and translators XD) hate them, so we'll just leave that as is.
Powers/Action: easily the part that annoys me most about the "big 3". considering theyre "action anime" the animation is usually pretty low quality during most fights, and the characters spend considerably more time explaining their attacks then wondering how the attacks get evaded/blocked than actually fighting.
then on to powers...
The main annoying thing about powers in generic shonen is that the main characters will get some random new powerup or ability(cont.)

Some of those fights include the saito fight, shishio, 2nd aoshi encounter, and Soujirou duels......basically all of the shishio arc! The fights all tended to be more epic in general than other portions of Rurouni Kenshin

These aren't what I would call standoffs these are more like just standard fights... a standoff is a stalemate or deadlock between equally matched opponents... It’s more than just the usual pre-fight chatter… it's played off as a long tense moment where each is waiting for an opportune moment to attack! Like the fight between the 3 Sannin in Naruto when they all summoned their animals. That’s an awesome 3-way standoff!
@xNecroKey If you watch the original scenes used in this video, than you'll see that they are exactly what you describe a stand off should be. It's just that due to time restrictions and in order to keep things moving in the video, I have to cut the original footage from the usual 5 to 10 minutes into about 60 second long clips. In this case the feeling of it being a stand-off is kind of lost, but it would be ridiculous to post entire scenes here :) Take care!
Personally, I think Naruto is a first-rate anime. The show may have a lot of fillers episodes but still the show is really good. Most shows doesn't even compare to Naruto. I still think though that DBZ and One Piece or better though.

If you market something well enough than you can create huge fanbases, even off of bad products. Many horrible movies and series make tons of money because they market it right, especially when the target audience are teens. Anyone in marketing knows that a movie, book or anime doesn't have to be good in order to be popular. Of course, it does help a lot if it's actually good.

Interesting picks...but damn, some people are so stupid. This video is a "STANDOFF" video, not a fight video. On my top five, I have Krillin and Roshi from the old dragonball where they did a little standoff (mostly because it was hilarious). Zoro and Mr. 1, Afro and Jinnosuke, Jin and Kariya . And finally, like you I have Kenshin and Seijuro.

@HaZeIVIaN8o4 Seriously? Ichigo vs Aizen was shitty... Aizen didn't even release his "Bankai" and there was no actual "fight". Ichigo demolished him in seconds. I was expecting a long drawn out battle, and for sticking with the show that long, its what we deserved. Instead they give us tons of good fights leading up to it and then A crappy disappointing pile of poorly animated mess.
Nice finish there, totally deserved. But I'm not gon lie, I thought Zoro's "Lion Song" against Mr. 1 should gave been number four instead of his fight with Ryuuma. But then again, there were two standoffs against Ryuuma. Another one I would have put was Jin v. Kariya even though Jin got totally pwned lmao.

@coolio2654 Most shonen anime like Bleach and Naruto lack heavily in the story and charachter departement. However I have seen a LOT of anime and there are definitly a few exceptions. For instance, when it comes to shonen anime, Hunter x Hunter and One Piece are two of the biggest exceptions. Unlike most Shonen, they have great writing, story and developement. One Piece for example has over 500 episodes, yet never had power confusion, was never retcon and is always carefully written.

@nejihyuga901 i like naruto but i hate when people say its the best anime ever you have to expand your horizen not just watch the big 3 (4 if you count dbz which just had a special manga) there are some good anime that just came out at the wrong time and didnt get as popular

@jasonsn11 Lol..the fact that many people dislike naruto is because the argument line has so many mistakes that sometimes makes people think if kishimoto has some solid argument written or he just have 2/3 cool ideas and then he fill up the holes with trash.

umm Saber vs Gilgamesh or Shirou vs Gilgamesh in UWB is a lot better then the Saber vs Assassin one imo. Also some of the Bleach stand offs deserved a spot here like Ichigo vs Kempachi

Interesting picks...but damn, some people are so stupid. This video is a "STANDOFF" video, not a fight video. On my top five, I have Krillin and Roshi from the old dragonball where they did a little standoff (mostly because it was hilarious). Zoro and Mr. 1, Afro and Jinnosuke, Jin and Kariya . And finally, like you I have Kenshin and Seijuro.
I mean c'mon people, the guy had to go life or death against his beloved master. It was awesome.

@HaZeIVIaN8o4 Seriously? Ichigo vs Aizen was shitty... Aizen didn't even release his "Bankai" and there was no actual "fight". Ichigo demolished him in seconds. I was expecting a long drawn out battle, and for sticking with the show that long, its what we deserved. Instead they give us tons of good fights leading up to it and then A crappy disappointing pile of poorly animated mess.

Nice finish there, totally deserved. But I'm not gon lie, I thought Zoro's "Lion Song" against Mr. 1 should gave been number four instead of his fight with Ryuuma. But then again, there were two standoffs against Ryuuma. Another one I would have put was Jin v. Kariya even though Jin got totally pwned lmao.

@coolio2654 Most shonen anime like Bleach and Naruto lack heavily in the story and charachter departement. However I have seen a LOT of anime and there are definitly a few exceptions. For instance, when it comes to shonen anime, Hunter x Hunter and One Piece are two of the biggest exceptions. Unlike most Shonen, they have great writing, story and developement. One Piece for example has over 500 episodes, yet never had power confusion, was never retcon and is always carefully written.
