One thing I read about us Scorpios is that we don't really like surprises, and if there is one,we probably figured out the mystery. He's still testing you, i would suggest you to keep that testing in mind and focus what he's doing when you are in his pressence, focus on him and pretending while youre not focussing.. and thats where the mind trickery starts for him. look at him while he's looking back. look at his face, and when the time is right. then start a carefull conversation.
