The USA industry has very few voice actors that I think are good at dubbing anime... I don't know about USA but since in Japan Seiyus are full time professionals at voice acting you have to actually be very good to get any roles there at all with all the competition that's going on... also the screaming is something anime has a lot and that's why Seiyus are so good and accustomed with it and don't find it as hard as these guys do... after all they get first-rate training for their job... Peace

I said there are "very few voice actors that I think are good at dubbing anime"... on the other hand USA industry has some awesome original products as well (Disney films, South Park ect.) which I personally enjoy very much and which Japanese should never lay hand on... overall localization is a bad joke and 4Kids Entertainment and Sideburns/Mullet-Wolverine are a living proof of this...
