@GAM3RZ1132 meh, just give her the brilliant nature crystals and then she`ll have her earth healing (well, it`s actually regeneration, but it`s quite powerful if she uses her tanking mode, since the little damage she usually takes just regenerates right back during combat)

Shouldn't forget that Alistair has his templar anti-mages abilities. It's quite sad that you don't use these, since it's one of Alistair's only usefulness with being hit instead of the others.

I had some trouble with this fight at first. Then I retreated everyone back to the narrow corridor, and the mage ended up following alone. As I whittled down his health, he kept blood sacrificing his minions - made for an easy, if drawn-out 4-on-1 battle.

set shales crystals to ice and fire and switch to the desired 1 when needed... instant repel of the chosen magic = 0% from it, happy days!

This fight is easy, you just have to be the first one to cast the snowstorm.

the way I see this.. Shale will not cast any AOE spells if u rush them to a melee, & your best tanker to Shale, side note he does possess some powerful one-on-one spells.. almost all 1st & 2nd tier spells doesnt work on him either.

You paused the game before your characters were in combat mode. They don't listen to your spell commands at that point. You have to pause it right when you see the little space that says 'move' or 'attack' or whatever appearing beside their portrait, which occurs about the time they draw their weapons.
