i use flightradar24 for live radar feed

although this does not give a 3d representation it shows up to 3 layers of info on screen. flight code - reg - type - altitude - speed. their coverage is all europe, parts of north & south america, japan, hong kong, west coast austrailia, and the gulf area. you can also get a twitter feed to follow all 7500/7600/7700 squawks,

After downloading the add on, simply click on the new google earth sign, and zoom to switzerland, voilà.

That service will be (one day) available for the entire world.
