That punk buster error used to happen to me as well. You must update Punkbuster with Punkbuster Updater. Check your Battlefield Heroes directory and look at the Punkbuster.exe. Mess around with that. I'm pretty sure I downloaded something to get mine to work, I'm sorry I can't recall. It was a while ago.
