my one never came like that, you've opened it before!!! no way would sony sell that with the battery already in it and the cable just wrapped around the charger. but it is a great phone, a great replacement to the K800i and thanks for showing it to us.

Hazel is basically the exact same phone with slightly different external design. But yeah, the Elm does support custom themes and wallpapers have limited Flash support.

On my fresh Elm I had four themes - but I doubt it would be any problems finding themes online. And you can change wallpaper from mostly any image file you want.

Pathetic lol ^_^ greenheart phones are terrible this phone feels cheap and dead plastic... sony ericsson have gone down hill....srsly lol... the new flash menu's are crap also.. the fast port is in a awkawd place at the top the headset is terrble and the charger is too short... trust me i was a big se fan i would recommend c902 w995.... much better phone's and if you can get one c901 which i doubt you could b/c that handset is very rare one of the best sony ericsson's ever made with xenon flash

everyone has their own opinion i guess. for me this phone is great, tested it the other day, really good. i love how holding it feels fit in the hand, and not to mention how light it is :) i'm more of a tactile keys person than a touch person, so this is a win for me. cant wait to get one.. soon :)

Well I have had 2 of these handsets and I was impressed at first but the first handset started to fail miserably Bluetooth packed in then the ear speaker gave up, so sent back to Orange where a brand new replacement was sent anyway this was fine then it started dropping calls and the camera kept freezing and when in video mode whilst trying to film some Aircraft at a air show the video kept freezing to say I was frustrated was an understatement such a shame. First time I have used SE oh dear!

is there good quality in sound on these phones? i have a Naite and when I modified the sound files It got superb sound with allmost a sensation of surround.

I can confirm the Sony Ericsson Elm has wifi and that it works extremely well. I've had no problems with it and it's very quick and easy to use too. Regards!

(Also since people asked it takes up to 16GB, not 8GB of storage. MicroSD I believe.)

I love this phone, after swapping to it from my Samsung Tocco Lite :| have had it for a month with no problems, and absolutley love it! Shame I had to drop it within 3 weeks of owning it and there's a scratch on the corner now which annoys me so much. Love this phone :)
