If you're asking who's faster. The flash is by a lot. The flash has ran 10 x the speed of light. Quicksilver can only go mach........something. Doesn't even compare.

yeah the flash is pretty much the fastest being in the universe, not just the fastest man.

The flash are the fastest in the universe. Which is why I loved the Justice League animate show. They had an episode where superman said he wasn't nearly fast enough but that the flash might be (where as other media always depict them of being equally fast).

well what I always thought was that the flash was way faster then superman, but superman was still crazy fast and just couldn't think at the same speed so he flew around instead. I mean the flash can pay attention to where he's stepping, but superman can just move his legs until they blur and hope there's nothing to trip him.

No, the speed weren't supposed to be comparable at all. Superman can't go faster than the speed of light (or in the case of Silver Age Superman can but not that much faster), where as the Flash could push himself to go 10X the speed of light and could go faster than that but if he did he would vanish into the speedforce. The thing was that they didn't want to make Superman seem less than the flash, but the flash is faster. Barry Allen was the greatest superhero ever after all.
